DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! My last review in October 2014 still stands. It was one year ago that this company improperly installed my $ 6000+ water system! Bill Brownlee saw what happened, saw the unsecured discharge hose, secured it and promised to take care the damage to my finished basement. I had to throw out a couch and have a water damage remediation company come to dry everything out. I have wall to wall carpeting and the water penetrated through 3 rooms and 2 closets. The insurance claim still goes unpaid! You are a liar BILL BROWNLEE, («don’t worry we will take care of it»)
I asked PuraSoft repeatedly to remove my testimonial from their web site and to date it is still on there.
DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS COMPANY SAYS! TAKE DOWN MY TESTIMONIAL! I WOULD NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER!
