What craziness! Came in for a shake and wanted a cup of coffee too. Was told that they don’t sell coffee after lunch. Okay I get it not many sales after lunch however there was an air pot with hot coffee in the lobby area. Asked the girl about this and she said she couldn’t sell it to me! I told her I wasn’t asking them to brew any I was satisfied with what was left. Nope couldn’t sell me coffee. What the heck? Does no one have any common sense? Thank you McDonalds for always having fresh hot coffee!

I rarely have problems with this Arby’s but I went through the drive through today and left very disappointed. They took my order as usual and after a 13 minute wait(I ALWAYS watch the time in a drive through) with only two cars ahead of me, I pulled up and gave them my card. First employee looked confused then another employee came over & informed me that their system crashed(why didn’t they mention that before my order??) and asked if I had cash. I looked in my wallet & all I had was $ 5 cash. I told them that and literally all they said«oh, sorry»(while holding my food in hand which was already made). I’m not one to ask for free food so I didn’t. But I was perplexed and frustrated that they didn’t at least ask me if I wanted from my original order($ 12) what I could afford in cash. Very disappointing that I waited that long for nothing and with no help from the employees. The crash was their error and problem, not mine.

Went thru drive thru 2÷27÷16. Had to tell the girl at the window two times for horsey sauce. She was too busy laughing and talking with other employees to pay attention to me, the customer. As I got home about 15 minutes away, I realized she did not give me one of my sandwiches. I called the number on the receipt for over a half hour but no answer! I have also sent a complaint to corporate. The server name on my receipt is Cynthia. I will continue to call until I get someone to answer.

Service is horrible here. Drove away after a nearly $ 50 order. Decided to pull over & check order. missing au jus. drove back, no apologies, just eye rolling and 5 employees just standing around. Not ONE, «so sorry for your inconvenience.» They need to stop hiring young, rude employees who obviously would rather not be working.

I work in the center and have gone here for lunch a few times but they are always so slow. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and even though this place is «fast food» they are everything but. I have almost missed eating on my lunch because of how slow they are. I understand that once it was out of their control(card machines not working), but they are always slow getting food out.

Great food, but probably one of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a French dip with no cheese and entitled to a free slider due to a coupon that was emailed to me. I end up getting charged for the slider and got cheese with my french dip. This is not the 1st time the cashier has poor listening skills or attention to details. In addition, they always look like they have to pay you to eat there. I hope Management will raise the bar or get this right one day. To me, customer service is black and white. Treat everyone the way you want to be treated. One time, I even observe this one little young kid made fun of another customer to an older gentlemen. Kudos to the old gentlemen that completely ignored the immature little boy and actually looked annoyed by him. Service is so bad that it made me not even want to waste my time talking about anything else. In addition, most of the time, when you walk in during slow period, no one’s at the register. You would think they apologize after you stand there like an idiot before they acknowledge you. Nope! They just look at you like WTF do you want. Some of these kids should definitely not be working here until they attend a customer service/common courtesy class.

This review is for the chicken salad sandwich… it is GREAT! A little pricey, but it is very good… fresh, crisp ingredients. I’ll be back for more… and get the jalepeno poppers with sweet sauce. Wonderful!

ZERO stars for the manager Patty at this location. The cashier was pleasant and polite, but when Patty came out to check my 2 coupons, she came up with numerous excuses why i couldn’t use them: Excuse #1: She said only 1 coupon per transaction. So i asked to be rung up separately. So then… Excuse #2: No, only 1 coupon per person. I pointed at my husband(me being #1, and him being #2). She said… Excuse #3: Where did you get that coupon? I showed her my phone from the 3rd party website( ), and then she said… Excuse #4: «Was it emailed to you? We email our coupons.» I said I’ve used it many times before and never had problems. So she finally said… Excuse #5: That’s not our coupon. She was rude, didn’t apologize, and didn’t offer to do it «this one time only». Patty, i feel sorry for your employees. They are hard workers and you probably abuse them amd treat them like crap, as you do your customers! If you’re not happy there, you should go somewhere else rather than take it out on others!

Aside from the EXCELLENT food and customer service, my car died in the drive thru. Extremely embarrassing and frustrating, however the manager ran out and helped push my car to a parking spot and offered help. How’s that for excellent customer service?!

Breakfast croissants are the bomb! Only 1.99 with real croissants ham and swiss and add an egg for less than a buck. Gooey cheesy lots of ham. Why line up at the hamburgler when u can get real good fresh hot prepared to order next door without the line.

Tried the brisket Hawaiian bread sandwich. Pretty good. Three stars cause that is the max I can give to fast food. Friendly cashiers and one nice benefit is they have TVs w football on… would be a better place w a play area.

When you want roast beef, no one beats Arby’s. This one is clean with a self serve soda bar and sauce bar. While they don’t have any full size booths, they do have a lot of half booths. Service today was excellent.

Nice store, clean, and a friendly staff. It just seems like the roast beef is not as good as it used to be. It seems tougher and sliced thicker than it used to be. Other than that great place.

This is one of the few places my family of four all enjoy. When someone suggests Arbys… We get a quick 4 yeses. I like the staff here. The restaurant is always clean. Nice outdoor seating. Parking has got a little tougher with the changes to the neighboring McDonald’s. Try the jalapeño bites. They are addictive. We pretty much stick to the usual roast beef sandwiches however we do have a hot tip. Order a side of au jus for $.50 and dip your regular roast beef sandwich in it! One order will handle five sandwiches. And who doesn’t like a jamocha shake?

Used to go to Arby’s a lot back in the 5 for 5 days. Today’s deal was 3 for 5, as in three regular roast beef sandwiches for $ 5. Not as good as the old days, but not a bad deal. The sandwiches were same as ever; same old Arby’s and horsey sauces, plus a couple news ones I didn’t try. Decent. The reason for the two star review is the house-made potato chips. A good idea, but mine were so coated in seasoning that they were inedible. I tried scraping the seasoning off a couple chips and I scraped and scraped and still the things were coated. Just caked with salt. Worst fast food item I’ve seen in a long time.

This location is better than the Orange location {IMO}, even though its more of a drive its worth it because their open later & the food is fresher! I always come to this location when I’m shopping at Walmart or coming back from the mall. My order is super complicated and they never mess it up! The turkey tastes super fresh & the bread they use for their Market Sandwiches is pretty darn good! Good and fast food for when your on the go and want an alternative to burgers&fries! ^_^

For a fast food place, this place is pretty darn good. My mom and I often come here after shopping at the mall a few miles away. The french dip with swiss melt is killer and these days Arby’s has a special for two for $ 5.
