Came in for a quick lunch and lost my appetite as soon as I got to the counter! My sandwich wasn’t the issue, it was the teenager next to him that rudely interrupted to forcefully insist that I couldn’t use a coupon with the veggie sandwich(giving up meat for lent) since it’s a special sandwich. My shocked feeling must of shown on my face since I heard her whisper to the person ringing up orders on the cash register that I had a coupon and make sure he doesn’t let me use it since I ordered a veggie.(Again, this negasonic teenage warhead is not my sandwich maker) I get to the veggie portion and I ask for cucumbers and they say it will be an extra charge for cucumbers? What? Since when did cucumbers fall in the extra charge category like avocados? Needless to say the customer service experience was not up to par but the sandwich was good!

Tina was so nice. I stayed at some POS hotel next door and couldn’t hang with the«free breakfast». So I Unilocaled what was near and next door was togos. The place was clean and the food was great and I got my free soda too

Update after manager/owner response, why would I go back to a restaurant or a manager laughed at me and wouldn’t listen to my whole story all 3 of our sandwich had 75% less meat than I have ever gotten on a Togo sandwich before all the manager did was shut the money in my hand and walk away he didn’t even want to hear what I said no I won’t be back They out about 75% less meat on their sandwiches than they used to. Disappointing right there seeing you pay $ 10 for a large sandwich. My husband ordered me a large #9, pastrami. I’ve been getting this from togos for years. He brought it home and when I opened it up it had literally(I measured because I was so shocked on the little amount of meat)‘4TBS of meat covering the whole large sandwich… and it was all gristle overcooked and unedible. My husband’s sandwich was the same. I called and spoke to the manager he really wouldn’t let me finish what I was trying to tell him, just kind of laughed and said ok will give you store credit for next time you come in. At first I said okay fine but then I took another look at the sandwich and I was so disgusted by it I drove the four miles all the way back to the store to show him how horrible the sandwich was. Supposedly he was the owner. All he did was look at me and say yeah yeah yeah I’m kind of lost and not even let me get a word in edgewise about what was wrong with the sandwich. And then countered back with but your husband asks for extra mayo and extra onions on it! That’s not the point and if you would shut up long enough to let me tell you it has nothing to do with the vegetables and the condiments on it, it had to do with the lack of meat and that it was all gristle and overcooked. He said he would make me a new one right away. I said forget it I don’t even want store credit I just want my money back. He said but the other sandwiches for okay! I said no my husband sandwich really wasn’t okay but he was hungry and he ate it so he just laughed and handed me the money and walked away. To add to the crappiness of this location, two weeks two weeks ago I called and asked if they had Baskin Robbins gift certificates as they are a Baskin Robbins and Togo’s location. The girl on the phone said yes we have them you can get them in any denomination you want. Great I need to get about 10 for my sons birthday party I told her, ill be right down. I get all the way there go up to the counter and told the girl I would like to purchase 10 $ 5 gift certificate and she told me we don’t have any now… I’m ok, are you the same girl I was just on the phone with who I told I was going to come down and get some gift certificates. She kinda laughed and said yeah but we dont have any… and turned around and walked away Wont be back to this location EVER, and it will be a long time before I ever set foot into a togos again if this is the quality of food that they’re putting out for the prices that they charge

I love this Togo’s location. The manager is great, service is friendly and efficient, and my food is always good. Two thumbs up for the Brea Togo’s!

I prefer TOGO’s over Subway any day, not only do they have a much better, more diverse menu, but the taste is much better as well. I think prices are a bit high for what you get. I had the half sandwich, half salad combo, enough for lunch, a bit light for dinner. Service was nice, the salad very good, the sandwich really something you can make at home for a fraction of the price. Nothing bad, just not worth going out of your way for.

I’ve never been a huge fan of TOGO’s. To me they are second to Subway forever and always. But — this TOGO&
