I swear this place is always out of something. Last time I visited it was butter this time toilet paper. Had paper towels out for folks to wipe with. How tacky!!! If it weren’t for the drink specials and the friendly staff I wouldn’t even bother. They need to do better.

This place just can’t help itself., for those of you who try and live your lives efficient. Using the online web order tool is great. But getting there 40 min later, only to wait another 10 min to find out they have no more brisket on a Friday at 8:15 when the order was placed? I’m sorry.
Poor production and far from the first time. If it weren’t for my wife living the food here I’d never return. It’s always a 50⁄50 shot here for a great carry out experience. And I ask for nothing more than what’s on the menu time and again… Ugh.

Turrrrrrrreable! Our server and our food was all bland. My brisket was awful and dry. I tried the sauces on the table and they were sticky and gross. The server gave me sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened, she mixed up my husbands sides and my husbands steak was just gross looking. He sent it back and got ribs which were awful too. The only bonus was the buy 1 get 1 free drinks.

Chain BBQ places seem all the same. This one is no different. But here’s the thing, they all serve good food. Maybe not the best you’ll ever have, but you walk away satishifed.
