The girl working there was so rude. She just finished making my sandwich, wrapped it up, and then as I take out my wallet to pay she starts making another sandwich making me wait several minutes as my sandwich gets cold for no reason. She even put that customers sandwich in a bag before me. Also, their bread is stale and it looks like they are using the reduced mayo that tastes like poison.

This subway is one of my favorite I’ve ever been to. Their ingredients are always fresh, bread is always the best and best of all, cookies are soft ! :) the guy who works here was super nice and easy to talk to. A clean restaurant is always a good thing as well! :)

I never thought I would review a simple chain restaurant like subway, but I had a miserable experience at this location. The night I went, both employees were smoking outside and I had to wait for them to finish. They both came in and just put gloves on without washing their hands. The entire store was a mess and toppings were spilled into other containers. The guy making my sandwich toasted my sandwich even though I declined. Cleaning the store and making a sandwich should not be as difficult as the two employees made it regardless of how stoned they were.
I contacted the manager and he made it seem like he would rectify the situation with a replacement meal, but never came through.
Boulder has plenty of other restaurants, including subways. I will never return to this location.

Basemar Subway newly remodeled and is the oldest, highest volume, locally owned and operated Subway in Boulder. It has all Subway menue items and usually gets them first. Food is always fresh and the store is always clean. Popular with CU students, NOAA and movie goers. Breakfast Omelet sandwiches are awesome. This store has the full Subway menu. Only sandwich shop with online ordering (click icon). Tim Schiel also operates the Umc Subway. Store Hours 7am-Midnight M-F, 10am-Midnight Sat, 10am-10pm Sunday. Only Subway in Boulder that offers 2 for 1 coupons.
Catering: This Subway does all of the catering in Boulder. For a very inexpensive catering deal for your meetup, office lunch meeting, kids party (kids luv Subway), for big orders, or any event. Look for there coupon deals and in store specials.
