This place is sucks, sorry Carrabas. Frozen Italian food from Publix literally tastes 100 times better. I didn’t really wanna eat here in the first place but my big did. He got chicken parm($ 18)!!! And it was two tiny pieces of chicken w a side of mashed potatoes and a salad. Such a waste of money, glad I wasn’t paying!

The offer for a free app or small plate with a «losing lottery ticket» got us in.(Nobody won the Powerball jackpot) And, we’re glad you did! Among other things, we had the new Shrimp Scampi appetizer you added to the menu. I have to say, it was was one of the best shrimp appetizers I’ve had. Good sized shrimp along with toasted bruschetta, and a lot of garlic. It was delicious. Good job Carrabbas! It’s great you have all these offers for Amici Club members!

No better Italian chain restaurant. Everything I ever ordered was delicious.

Very well done dinner this evening. Met the owner operator and was very polite and informative. The newly remodeled interior looks very nice. Food always consistent and great all the way down the dessert. Eat here often close to home and very consistent.

Great staff & speed of service. I had just come from the beach & was still in the suit & wet. Very friendly waitress, came for our drinks & with bread in a timely manner. The food tasted great, & everything overall was great. Awesome job!

Great meal as usual. Service was very good. Wish the portion of my mahi mahi was a bit larger. It would have been perfect if it was at least 6−8oz

Pizza and chicken Alfredo were good. Calamari also good. Very kind to offer free dessert since they were out of the chocolate cake we asked for. Server did a great job.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I had a terrible experience recently here. Went for a birthday celebration for my girlfriend’s daughter who turned 8 — and the service was just terrible.

Carrabbas was great tonight. The hostess was friendly and efficient. The waitress fun friendly. She was attentive throughout the meal. Good bread, good salads, and the entrees were tasty and hot. And we had two drinks on happy hour.

The other night we decided to use our gift certificate to Carrabbas. From past experience we knew we had to get there early because of its great popularity so we arrived at 5:00PM…by 6, the place was packed. Our table was fine and the waitress could not have been any more solicitous. I had«Chicken Marsela with Cavatappi Amatriciana». My chicken could not have been any more tender or juicey and wonderfully enhanced by the Marsala sauce. The pasta side was also very tastey. My wife’s taliapa was fresh and perfectly cooked. Our entres were accompanied by a very good house salad and because we were there so early our«happy hour» draft beers were half price. I can’t get over how you can still get a very good meal in the Naples area for under 50 bucks… our average experience is usually almost twice this amount.

Went there with family and friends and the restaurant was under construction. It smelled and looked unlike any other Carrabas. The food was mediocre and the wine they served me was old. The waitress was very nice and accommodating.

It’s seems like a true italian restaurant. But it’s not! The lasagne was terrible, 5% Pasta but 95% american cheese. Salad with vinegar was good!

I love this place! The food is great, the staff is friendly and the service is always good. Really like that they have changed happy hour from 2 for one to half price. Could never drink my beer fast enough to get the 2nd one while cold. Now I just wish they would open a new place in my summer location in Shawnee Ks.

Got take out here last night. Pick up service was on time. This was my first time eating here. It wasn’t «awesome» but it was good. For $ 15 I got Parmesan crusted chicken, mozzarella sticks, sautéed spinach, and soup. It was all pretty good and honestly better than some Italian places that we’ve paid $ 40 for down here. My wife got the lobster Mac n Cheese. I didn’t try it but it looked dry and I didn’t see any cheese. She ate a few bites and ended up just eating her soup which she said was really good(chicken soup). I also finished my left over chicken this morning and it reheated nicely. I’ve tried reheating Olive Garden chicken and it gets all gummy. This still had nice texture. So 4 stars because it was good not great but for the value I still have 1 more meal to make out of this dinner

We had the $ 12 «amore monday special» last night. We sat at the kitchen counter(the end with the wood burning oven). Our server, Eric, was terrific and gave us great service. We each had a quartino of very nice tasting Montepulciano wine for the price of a regular glass as it was happy hour. We shared calamari as an appetizer, both had the salad with creamy romano dressing, both had ravioli as an entrée and shared the chocolate dream for desert. We enjoyed the meal and thought it to be a good value at about $ 45 including tip. So why the two star revue you may ask? This morning my wife woke up with«the runs» and they lasted most of the day. The most likely culprit was the salad as I observed questionable(careless) handling of salad components from our vantage point. It could have been the calamari of course, but we will never know. I do think that they need to pay more attention to their hygiene, food handling and housekeeping. We have enjoyed other Carrabba locations over the years, in other states, but, unfortunately, my wife is saying she will never go to another one.

Carraba’s is a local Italian chain you’ll love. I’m not a big fan of food chains, but I can’t stay away from Carraba’s. it started as one local restaurant that became incredibly popular. Before you know it, they start adding franchises and the brand just grew. Knowing it started locally does make me feel better. Carraba’s offers a great meal consistently. I think my family at one time or another has tried almost every dish and no one has left disappointed. They also offer carry-out. You can order on the phone, drive up and they will bring you your order. Sometimes you just don’t want to eat in the restaurant but don’t want to cook either. One warning — this place gets crazy busy in high season and you can wait a LONG time. Plan appropriately and don’t act surprised when they tell you you’ll be waiting more than an hour.

Too bad tomato prices are growing faster than other commodities. For an Italian restaurant, that brings pricing challenges. Sadly, basic entrée prices are climbing and portions shrinking. The atmsphere is still warm and inviting though. I’ll continue to go from time to time for the favorite stand-by: Chicken Bryan, made with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes.

Great place for Italian food. Great atmosphere, great service. Then of course the food which is really tasty. You do get enough to eat without being over served. Although it is a bit pricey this place never disappoints. I definately recommend it.

I was NOT impressed with this restaurant. We ordered the appetizer muscles, which, and not joke, tasted and smelled like an outhouse! I was literally appalled. And that doesn’t even include their minute size. They were incredibly dinky and rubbery, when I pried the meat out the the shell, I could literally twist the little thing around the fork! The Lentil soup was off the charts salty. I think I got my maximum annual sodium intake from that bowl of soup alone. It was like eating poison, high sodium in combination with a ton of preservatives. My entrée, spinach & chicken cannelloni. Very uninspired. I could have make better pasta at home, and again, salty! After dinner I was so incredibly dehydrated I felt like I had done so much damage to my body with this awful meal. Oh, I had also ordered a Parton margarita, which didn’t drive until AFTER my soup arrived! When my boyfriend asked where my drink was, the waitress, Delia, said; the bartender is preparing the drink, it’s fresh with all sorts of goodness. yeah, yeah, yeah! Girl, I have worked in this industry for over a decade — don’t give me some BS story about my drinking taking 12 minutes to prepare! Although the waitress was pleasant, and i genuinely believe she DID forget my drink, honest mistake, but I will not be back due to the poor quality of food. Cheap processed crap. NOTHANKS!
