Excellent food and service, veal parmigian was so tender you could cut it with a fork. All meals at our table of four were outstanding, highly recommend.

Glad we finally dined here. Both of us started with the fig salad(should trim the spinach stems), I had the duck with fig chutney– crispy skin moist duck meat. My husband had the Adana kebob-lamb perfectly cooked. Only disappointment was the rice pudding-I just prefer it moister.

If you are In Bonita Springs, you need to go to the Fig Grill. Sam and his wife have a beautiful restaurant with an excellent menu of delicious food and drinks! We called 4 hours before entertaining 40 clients and Sam was awesome! He called in extra staff and served everyone at the same time, hot, delicious food!!! The staff was excellent and efficient! Thank you Sam!

This place is fantastic! I ate here once, quite by accident, then proceeded to have dinner here the following two nights. First night: House salad I think, grilled calamari and spinach and roasted garlic Second Night: Figs Salad, grilled calamari and spinach with roasted garlic Third Night: I can’t remember it was the special, white fish, with a fattoush salad. Completely perfect every night!

The service was spotty and the food average. I ordered the Mezzo for 2 which was good but some pita wedges were burnt. For my entrée I ordered the miso glazed cod special — it was undercooked in the center and over cooked on the edges. The rest of my party ordered the pork(which was dry) and the chicken Tagine which seems to be one dish they do well. The kids menu had several choices yet all were pasta variations — not very imaginative given the adult menu has hummus and kebabs that could become nice children’s meals if made into half portions. Tip to restaurant: the chef should consider reducing the menu to what you’re best at, practice those dishes until you excel at these. Less is more!

This little restaurant is located in a small strip mall. My family and I have been here twice over the last few years on our visits to the area. In has not been busy either time we’ve been. The food is consistent, which is more than I can say about other restaurants in the area. The food is freshly prepared and has not been overcooked but is under seasoned. This last visit my husband had the veal special, my mother in law had mussels and the lentil soup, I had the vegetable tangine, and my children had pasta dishes. I appreciate greatly that they were able to modify the meal for my vegan diet by holding the butter. Over all I would go here again, but only if I couldn’t get in anywhere else. This place would greatly benefit from establishing a strong identity, either Mediterranean, Italian or seafood instead of trying to please everyone, it is obvious the owner cares as he has been there both times we have visited.

Simply the best restaurant — every dish we’ve tried(and we’ve been there numerous times) is exceptional including the tangine dishes, pork chops, Italian dishes, and appetizers(fig salad, hummus, goat and fig chèvre)…we are from NJ and have some of the best restaurants at our fingertips but this tops them all!

This restaurant rocks. The spreads are amazing, the apps are great and especially love the pork chop and chicken tangine dish. The chocolate mousse dessert is a WOW. This is the best place in the area — no comparison.

Without a recommendation, we never would have considered Figs Grille or even found it as it is tucked away in a strip mall on South Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs. But what a terrific find. We decided to eat early so we could take advantage of the special dinner for two which runs from 4:00 — 5:30. The special was on the internet, but not offered by our server until we asked for it. While the choices on the special menu are limited, DH and I were both pleased with our choices. The soup of the day, a tasty lentil, was nicely pureed and quite delightful. DH raved about his pork marsala. I equally enjoyed my corvina fish which was prepared with a sauce of tomatoes, black olives, capers, garlic, and white white. Both entrees came with a generous square of scalloped potatoes and a side of carrots and zucchini. The latter were the low point of the meal. Not bad, but quite ordinary. A bottle of wine came with the special, and we had a choice of a chardonnay or a cab. We opted for the cab which turned out to be from Argentina. Considering the $ 40 price of the special, we were not expecting much from the wine. Napa it was not! However, in reviewing Figs’ regular wine list, I was impressed with the offerings which included our favorite Napa winery, Artesa. We rarely see that outside of California. For dessert we shared the crème brûlée which was quite unusual as it was layered onto a very delicious fig confit. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable about the food. She was not there to be our«friend» and we appreciated her good service. While the décor of Figs is a bit too«fancy» for my taste, it was still pleasant. So glad we ventured out to try something new in Bonita Springs. We will be back to Figs!

Not good, went with my Family and was very unhappy with the food. we sent the same dish back 3 times because it was cold! most of the food was just warm at best, very unimpressed with the kabobs etc. Save your money, they didn’t even say sorry or comp the dish.

Located just north of Naples, this is a true gem. We had the lamb shank and veal pizzaiola — both were exceptional. Fig also has a good and reasonably priced wine list.

Ordered the snapper special that came with steamed clams, muscles and shrimp that was topped with angel hair pasta. The dish was great. My only complaint about it was that the muscles were not cooked properly. They were over done. We also ordered the gnocci which was very delicious. For dessert we had the ice cream in the chocolate bowl. There was an off flavor to the chocolate. Overall we had a good experience and would like to try other things on their menu

Lambshank to die for. Get there early if interested in this meal as they do at times run out of this disk. Grilled balsamic calamari was very tender and had excellent flavor. Grilled salmon was prepared with a scampi sauce and was very tasty and fresh. I thought the wine list was okay as there were good choices in multiple price ranges. Red wine section could be expanded a bit given the menu but still a decent list. Deserts were also very good. Rice pudding was very tasty. They do add white raisins which a nice sweetness to the desert. We also had a chocolate desert which was also very good. Overall I would recommend this place for dinner. You will not be disappointed.

Figs is one of our«go to» places for guests or friends looking for something new and different. The menu is a Mediterranean mélange of Italian, Moroccan, Greek, and Spanish. That may sound like a lot to bite off(no pun intended, but Sam pulls it off flawlessly. We have never had a bad meal or a bad time at Figs and we have been customers since it opened several years ago. We go at least four or five times a year. Although it is in a strip shopping center, it is the only fine dining restaurant(and the only restaurant) in the center, so there is plenty of parking in the evening. In addition, the décor and the service are what you would expect from a fine dining establishment. Some of our favorite dishes are the Fatoush Salad, Veal Poftik, Shrimp Kebab, and any of the Moroccan-style tagines. We are«foodies» of a sort — we like most all cuisines and have traveled extensively — so we are careful with our recommendations.

Came in with a friend for dinner. Meal was good. Nice ambiance that you wouldn’t expect from the outside strip mall. Give it a try.

Check their website for specials — we got 30% off the entire check! The food was great! The coppino was fresh and the fried shrimp appetizer was crispy. Others in the party had short ribs and pork dish and were pleased. The desserts were small but tasty — maybe a little overpriced for only a few bites. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the server was not attentive. He brought a bottle of wine to the table and left it unopened for 10 – 15 minutes and brought out/rang in the wrong soups for some of our party.

While there were some high points along our 2.5 hour dinner, overall Figs disappoints. Figs has the grandeur of what I imagine a cruise ship dining room would look like – mirrors, big drapes, and a cavernous room with tables as far as the eye can see. It would be dramatic if it wasn’t shoved into a desolate strip mall. The dishes match the setting; uninspiring and oversized. A lamb tagine made for a beautiful presentation, but tasted tough and salty. Rice was in short supply. The cioppino was tasty, but quickly became boring. Service was formal at best, frosty at worst. All together, it was a forgettable evening and I won’t be racing back the next time I’m in Southwest Florida.

Fried goat cheese and figs! If I had a recipe book, that would be on the first page of my Appetizer section. Still, it’s going in my memory vault for sure. The combo of the mildly sweet warm figs and crunchy but soft fried goat cheese goes together like pb&j. The tuna ceviche(also with figs) isn’t too bad either. The chunks of tuna are way bigger than ceviche is prepared to my knowledge but it was very fresh and had a lot of flavor. I would say even more so that other ceviche I have had, so kudos to you, Figs Grille! This place is a great alternative to the fish and steak houses in Florida. There were a lot of Mediterranean and Italian dishes served here, so everyone can find something they like. I split the Chopini? fish stew and it was massive. We took a gamble on splitting it and it ended being the perfect portion, almost too much! Their pita bread is served with a tomato olive tapenade. Another twist on the olé bread n butta. A fan – make sure to stop by. They take reservations.
