I was very picky and took a long time making an order by phone. Tianna (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) took my call and provided excellent customer service and was very patient in how she handled my requests and concerns. The pizza was delivered within the time promised and still hot! The delivery man was courteous, and professionally dressed. I wanted to leave a review for this establishment and their employees for being so good to a difficult customer, and delivering world class customer service! Thank you!

Apparently, I found out the hard way that this location is closed! Booooo! If you order online in the 83 709, pay VERY CLOSE attention to your order! We didn’t and apparently our order ended up as a take out for cash at the location on Broadway. Order was accurate and it tasted fine but the process overall was an epic fail!!!

Never again. So inconsistent. My family likes the hawaiin bbq chicken but many times it comes with almost no sauce. When I order with extra sauce it comes swimming in sauce so that the toppings won’t even stay on. This last time I specifically identified my concerns and asked for just a little extra sauce — again swimming in sauce.

So I went out and found a box of anchovies sitting on my porch today (the day after my review). I think the Papa John’s delivery guy dropped them there to make me think he just dropped them when he delivered the pizza yesterday. What he doesn’t know is I got a UPS package earlier today so I know the box of anchovies wasn’t there at that time. Nice try. I won’t be ordering from them again ever.

placed order online! Soooo easy! I put in the order at 6pm but wanted it to arrive at 8pm for our guests… And it did right on the dot! I really appreciate there planning and punctuality! Very stress free! Lots of topping options!
Not the best pizza I have had that’s why it didn’t get the full 5 stars but I did enjoy it!
Fresh taste, garlic sauce makes the crust extra yummy! Nice change from pizza hut and dominos! We ordered 1 large meat lovers and 1 large half Hawaiian half veggie lovers for $ 25 pretty decent prices!
