Americas Best Value Inn – Boerne

My fiancé’ and I stayed here this past weekend because we had a wedding to attend to. The room was very nice. I was surprised that it had wood floors, which was awesome since we brought our big dog with us. The room came with a microwave, fridge, desk, flat screen and a table and chairs to eat dinner at. There was also an upholstered chair with an ottoman to relax in. All of this and there was still room for the dog’s kennel. The bed was AMAZING as well. They offer a free continental breakfast every morning from 6 – 9:30am, and all the rooms have FREE, FAST wi-​fi. I was super pleased with everything except the bathroom area; it was a little dated and had a smokey smell to it. I plan on coming back to Boerne since it’su so beautiful and I’ll most likely stay here! Great value for a minimal amount of money :)

Attending an event in Kerrville, this was the closest room we could find. We got the next to last room on a Memorial Day holiday weekend.
The manager was super friendly. Willing to talk about and discuss anything. Very outgoing. Was always well dressed.
The rate was the lowest we could find within a 100 mile radius. The room was basic but complete. Everything worked except the WiFi. Manager rebooted the router several times and even called Time Warner for service. Time Warner said it was his problem. Cannot blame the property for that (Time Warner is their only choice).
Room was clean and neat. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Plenty of hot water. In room hair dryer. We had a room on the second floor facing I-​10. With the door closed, we could not hear traffic on the interstate. The only sounds we heard were the numerous visitors on Harleys (other guests of the same property) and some stupid neighbors who decided to smoke outside our room at midnight. Sheesh Louise! We felt very safe; safe area and location. Very convenient to I-​10 @ exit 540.
We did not use the pool as it rained the entire three days we were there. But, the pool looked clean and well managed.
We will gladly stay here again when in the area.

The husband and wife who run this hotel are the best! We came in very late at night and they were very accommodating. The wife even walked us to our room because we weren’t quite sure how to get there. In the morning the husband was up and breakfast was already out and ready. He even made the kids waffles. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. We would certainly stay here again when traveling through.
