I was passing through town and stopped into the store on a whim. The fellow who helped me was very friendly and fun to talk to. I am a watch collector and have always bought Asian watches jn the past. After my time talking with Luke, I may very well dip my toes into the Swiss watch pool.
If I do, I will definitely come back to this store to make it happen. I value knowledgeability and friendliness and I found both here!

After wearing my swatch for more than a few weeks, I’m all the more convinced that the production cost is not more than $ 15…not what I expect from a Swiss product. Customer service is professional however.

The customer service here is great. I had left my broken watch band at home, but I described to them the part that was broken (the «tongue» that fits into the band) and the approximate size of the band. Voila! The customer rep pulled out a box of tongues, of all colors, and selected one and gave it to me, no charge. She said if I needed help putting it on the band, I could send it to them and they’d do it (I live in another state). I was able to put it on myself and now I can wear my Swatch again! Yay!

I have been shopping here for years. I have way to many Swatch Watches. I would give the watch 5 stars but the customer service at this store need some help

it was busy. it was also a saturday. they really need more than 2 people because a customer walked away while i was being helped. other than that, the workers were really nice and changed my battery for me and made sure my watch was ticking when i left.
