We went to MOA store knowing the exact wallet we wanted from their website. We told them the name, color and even showed them a picture of the wallet. The wallets on display on the shelves were not organized in any fashion. Clerk also went through four unorganized drawers of wallets. He found one in tan in one drawer and a black one in another drawer. We wanted the brown. He then gave us a story about there being boxes of unpacked stuff in the back. He said he did not know if there was one back there. He did not check any inventory list or check on the store computer. We said we still had some other shopping to do and we would stop back later and we left our name. There were three people working in front and there were no other customers while we were there. When we checked back later in the day he said he could not find the wallet. He made no attempt to order us the wallet. He had a sale and just let it go. We should have just ordered it online and not even bothered with thinking a «brick and mortar Store» could have helped us. Our delivery truck driver is very friendly and always on time. I guess that is the only customer service we can expect in the future.

Make sure you keep your receipt. This place will not exchange a defective wallet for the exact same model. $ 25 dlls. will not be the end of me, but it will be the end of me buying from here.

I was wandering frustrated around the Mall of America. It’s a common thing to do, the mall is obnoxiously huge and apparently they feel no need to frequently update their mall directories(Hint: if the directory says your store is on the third floor, just give up. The third floor is where businesses go to die.). After having attempted to visit two now defunct watch stores in the mall, I decided to walk into the first place I came across that looked like it would ANYTHING to do with watches. This would be Fossil. They were able to fix my watch, that had not been made by nor purchased from Fossil. They gave me extra pins and a tool to fix the watch in the future myself, and they didn’t charge me a dime for the effort. I left very satisfied, my entire trip to the Mall of America slightly redeemed.

After getting a watch here ages ago, I was initially pleased. The original service was good and the price and design was nice. However, when part of it broke, I entered the store to get it fixed and was informed that I would be without my watch for about 2 months. Not so customer friendly anymore. I was now used to wearing the thing and just went out and bought a new one. A waste.
