So you can only expect so much from Dominos. When we order from these places… well…ok.so I ordered a medium pizza and the brownie cookie thing. I didn’t eat any pizza but the brownie cookie thing it was okay. I mean it Dominos. My order arrived quickly and hot so no complaints there. The delivery man was nice and that’s pretty much it!

Easy to order, people are friendly on the phone. Delivery time usually quick. The last time we made an order, the food came a bit late, so they put the entire order for free, which was very cool of them. The reason for the 4 star and not 5, is that if you want Parmesan cheese or chili flakes, you need to pay extra, which I find weird. Maybe it’s just me.

This place is horrible we ordered at 8 we got our food past 10. It was cold and our order wasn’t complete I wouldn’t recommend this place at all find another dominos in the area and order from there. Plus the manager is very rude

This is possibly the worst Dominoes in the country because of the despicable Manager Alex. Anyone that calls this store and this man is working should run, your pizza will be delivered old, he will then call you and question you implying that you are lying all while keeping your child waiting for two hours for you simple delivery. Some training or a dimple firing of this individual may help others get their food on time. I worked for Frank Meeks and Tom Monohan for years and they would never tolerate having someone this rude wolfing for them. Dominoes would be better off, if they dropped this manager. The one bright side the driver… I made sure to tip him well

I order from here but their delivery is REALLYSLOW… So don’t order if you want to eat within the hour. Quite often food is only warm and I have to microwave it :-/ I hope their head office reads these reviews as it seems there are a ton of them complaining about slow and cold pizza delivery.

I literally never got my order after receiving verbal confirmation over the phone. At one point, they stopped accepting our call. Heart broken.

Five stars to DBH and Brenda. She personally made me a fantastic pizza. The dough was cooked perfectly. The spinach was fresh and delicious. The delivery was flawless! Five well deserved stars!!!

I am surprised that I am writing a review for one of these chain pizza stores. I am true fan for mom & pop shops and supporting small businesses has been my shopping theme. This review is only for delivery. The main reason of the order was to enjoy some hot wings and the veggie pizza was a company of those delicious wings. I can admit that I was surprised by the taste of those wings. The delivery was fast and we received them warm. The sauce was delicious and the meat was cooked perfectly. It was astonishing that the meat was seasoned perfectly and ranch was true compliment. I can’t say anything special about the pizza, It was ok. Wings have earned my 4 star review. Maybe it is time to give big chain pizza another chance. I am not sure but I can tell you that I will have many more of those tasty wings. The order was placed through website and there is process panel to track the process of the order. That was cool as well.

Literally just ordered pizza and buffalo wings online and so impressed with this locations customer service! First off, the error was on my part. I ordered PLAIN wings online but meant to order the wings buffalo style. I called the location right away and spoke to the manager who was willing to take them back and deliver buffalo wings knowing the mistake was on my part. I actually suggested for them to just bring the sauce so it would save them an additional trip back to my apartment. The sauce was delivered only a few minutes after I called them and on the other hand the pizza was delicious! Hot and ready and made to perfection. I wish I would’ve gotten the driver’s name and manager’s name to credit them for their wonderful customer service! I will be ordering from this location again, thank you!

We asked for a special order(heart-shaped pizza) to see if this Domino’s location would be able to do it. The person who picked up, I think his name was Mike, explained that they don’t do that. My friend tried to convince him by telling him about how the Downtown Domino’s location delivered a heart-shaped pizza for her a couple of months ago, but he just asked if this was«a fucking joke.» My friend said no, started to order normal pizzas, and he hung up on her before she could finish. She proceeded to call back and was hung up on TWICE before the phone was picked up. Luciano apologized for the misunderstanding but was appalled that we’d demand for one of our pizzas to be complimentary to make up for the horrendous customer service. In the end, my friend finally got to order the pizzas and explicitly gave the address for delivery. An hour passed and we called to check on the order. They said they thought it was for pick-up, and my friend had to step outside and yell about how she’d been treated before they comped our order. One star for the fact that they gave us the pizzas for free. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Originally from NYC, for years I have been a fan of Domino’s Pizza and I have been to this location a few times over the years. They do a very good job. You meet people all the time with that silly phrase, «Doesn’t taste like NY Pizza…» Are you kidding me? NYC pizza hasn’t tasted like NYC pizza for more than 25 years. Most pizza places in NYC are owned by large restaurant conglomerates with LLC’s and trusts that funnel profits off-shore to avoid taxation. An Italian man hasn’t spun a pizza in any of them for years. The corner Pizza places in NYC serve up greasy watery tasteless commercial slop. I rather eat Domino’s in NYC. Yesterday for our Academy Awards party we picked up Brooklyn Style pizza’s with chicken and roasted red peppers. They were really good. Chicken was the best taste I have had on a pizza. I would get this combo again. It was also a great value. If you have not been to Domino’s recently, maybe check them out again? My sincere recommendation is to order exactly what you want online and pick it up yourself 10 minutes later for the best taste right as it comes out of the oven. If you order in for delivery, keep your oven on 350 degree to reheat what will be a warm or cold pizza.

I am sitting writing this review right now, even after my pizza arrived… Not like I have to worry about it getting cold or anything… because it ALREADY is COLD… I only live 2 blocks away… You would think how could a pizza get cold when I am located 2 blocks away from the location… but this is not unusual for this Dominos Pizza Location… I’ll tell you why… This location has a select set of skills that most other restaurants in the entire nation don’t have… Actually, they have NEVEREVER in my ENTIRE17YEARSOFORDERINGFOODFROMHERE… EVER… SUCCESSFULLYCOMPLETEDANORDEROFMINEWITHOUTHAVINGATLEASTONESIGNIFICANTISSUE… Whether they screw up the order, deliver the pizza super late(sometimes over an hour), hang up on me, say something EXTREMELY unprofessional over the phone, I mean the list is endless… The ONLYTHING I can count on from this Dominos Pizza, is that they will absolutely GUARANTEED do something to screw up my order some way or another… I kid you not, I have been ordering from this Dominos location for 17 years. I actually do not live here anymore, but I have had them deliver it to different friends and family’s houses and apartments in the neighborhood… and it doesn’t matter house or apartment. 2 blocks away or 2 miles away… NEVER, have I EVER been completely content with no issues on an order here in 17YEARS! You May ask, why do I keep ordering from this ONE-OF-A-KIND place then??? That is a WONDERFUL question… Simple answer is… sometimes I literally have NOTHING tasty in my kitchen and they will be the only place open that will deliver at the time for a somewhat decent price… I just always for some reason think… maybe this time they will actually get my order right… but it NEVER happens. I have to honestly give some credit to these guys. To successfully have a store deliver pizza over a 17 year period of time and NEVER get the right order?! Cold Pizza, Wrong Order, Nasty phone guy, delivery late, I mean they always manage to screw at least ONE thing up! Thats talent!!! I only ordered this time because it has been about a year since my last delivery from them and the kitchen is desperate looking right now… They are CONSISTENT… This will more than likely actually be the LASTTIME I think… who knows though… Maybe in another 10 years I’ll want to have a good laugh with my future wife or a friend and make a bet on what will go wrong with my pizza order?! HILARIOUSRIGHT?!! … NO… THISDOMINOSOFBEVERLYHILLSONDOHENYISHILARIOUS!

Okay so they gave me the wrong dip for my wings. No biggee. What really bugged me was that the dude in the front was too lazy to look at my online order. He gave me the wings and said bye. I still had a pizza and sprite, but he didn’t know because he didn’t review my order. Then he gave me the pizza and said bye. I replied, WHEREISMYSPRITE?! Please review my order before sending me off. I don’t want things missing from my order. Stop being lazy and review the damn order!!!

I’m not sure if this is a pizza or some sort of food monster in a box. This is supposed to be a pan pizza. Not to mention, The other pizza we ordered(hand tossed), was not cooked all the way either. Not a problem, but we spent $ 30 for two of the worst pizzas I’ve ever tasted. I called back and was told that they are closed so they have to credit my phone number with another pan pizza. I’m sticking with pizza hut’s pan pizza. So so so disappointed!

Ordered a bunch of pizzas and then called in to request that my pizza be cut into 12th’s and for extra napkins. The guy on the phone was really cool about it and told me that they’d certainly get it done. Pizzas arrive not cut the way requested and came with no napkins. Portioning for my event that I was getting pizza for was therefore messed up.

I like Domino’s…I really do but the staff there needs to be given the boot. The guy handling the phone is rude and blunt. When I gave him my address, he said«Just letting you know that it will take an hour to an hour and a half». I asked why it will take so long and he replied with«Because it is. telling you right now». I have too many options to take his rudeness or give them anymore business. I recommend taking your business elsewhere if they talk to you the same way

Hungry? Drunk? Stoned? Poor(but not that poor)? You’ve come to the right place. And when I say place, I mean office cubicle with no chairs, though instead of inspirational cat-posters(hang in there!) on the corkboard walls, you get sun-faded, stock-photos taken from the 1980s, depicting the Anglo-Saxon view of what a pizza should look like. Yes indeed, the pizza bar’s closed, honey – you don’t have to go home after your pie is prepped, but you can’t stay here. So, why not just order from home? Just like the legends you hear from liars(:-P) or older people people about the days when Pizza Hut used to be a sit-down restaurant, so too is Domino’s now just an order-stand, with delivery being the main bread and butter(or, crust and pepperoni) of the enterprise. Domino’s isn’t the best pizza, but they’re fast, easy, and cheap(heyooo!), which makes the dotted tile ideal for: — cash-strapped college students during latenight cramming sessions — cash-strapped Johns and callgirls during latenight cramming sessions — bad cooks with surprise houseguests, all hungry and without a Parisian sense of culinary entitlement — birthday parties for preteens who don’t know any better(serve Sunny Delite, too, mom) — Filipino wedding receptions — answering the question, «how can I feed my family on $ 15″ with my laptop?» — recent divorcées Beverly Hills doesn’t make Domino’s any better, just like a Starbucks on Manhattan’s Upper East Side is no better than a Starbucks near the speedy cleaners in Jamaica, Queens. TWOCHAINS! In fact, it might be worse. Or better. I don’t know because I’m not aware of many other locations. All I’m sure of is, I clicked on some pictures of pizzas and toppings(banana peppers!) on the website, got a sales pitch asking me if I wanted to add the deliciously complementary flavor of chocolate cake(sarcasm) to my order, and a half hour later(okay, more like 45 minutes), I was some twenty dollars poorer but three pizzas the richer. How were the pizzas? Like sex with a casual acquaintance before they move to another country. A little sad, but good, too, because you’re fantasizing it’s somebody else.

What’s there not to like about food that comes fresh and hot to your door in a reasonable amount of time? Add a few coupons(we’re big fans of the $ 5.99 per pizza/sandwich/pasta one) and it’s amazeballs! Since Domino’s changed their recipe, their pizza has been damn good for a chain. I love their mushroom/pepperoni, but have also discovered that Domino’s makes EXCELLENT sandwiches(chicken bacon ranch and buffalo chicken!) and delicious pastas(the bread bowl alone is MAJORLYWORTHIT!). And the bread bites… OMG. We have to get 32 every time. We always have leftovers, even with my man eating a whole pizza on his own – wunderbar! The best kind of food on a lazy day! Wish their hot wings passed the test; I’d never order in from anywhere else! Pizza tracker makes me a super stalker, but I will admit that it takes the guessing out of their process. Never had to wait longer than 40 minutes from completion for delivery, and very rarely have any problems. It’s gotten so bad that I know most of the employees’ names. Right on, pizza dudes. Stoked to order in again!
