This is the a extraordinary concierge pharmacy. If the Ritz Carlton owned a pharmacy, it would be run like Roxbury — Everyone goes the extra mile to help make the experience of getting your prescriptions as pleasurable an experience as possible. They will call the insurance company to work out reimbursement and deliver your prescription to you. They are fabulous! I love them!

BEST Pharmacy in Los Angeles — A few years ago we started using this pharmacy when one of our children needed medicine, and Roxbury Pharmacy stayed open late, waited for the prescriptions from the Doctor, and then delivered the medicine to our home. We have always used them since this time, and their professionalism and personal service has consistently been the BEST. For example, when our insurance company had admin changes this year, they spent hours on the phone with them, and ended up telling them how to fix their admin problem, so that a prescription could be filled.
Everyone we have worked with (most often Amantha and Christina) is professional, knowledgeable, proactive, caring, and have always taken the time to get to know their customers. Their personal and professional services are the best in Los Angeles, and the fact that they ALSO have daily, home delivery service, that is the icing on the cake!

I reviewed Roxbury Pharmacy almost two years ago. Back in 2014 I gave Roxbury a very positive review. But I thought I’d revisit that prior review on Unilocal since I have now entered the world of Medicare. Not only did they help me with my Part D insurance choice by giving solid information, they have also provided seamless coverage working with my doctors and my Part D Insurance company for Prior Authorizations as well as many, many other things. However, the most important thing that I’ve rarely, if ever, found with other Pharmacies, especially the big chain stores, is continuity and their willingness to listen. Bottom line: I trust them to get things right, which when you think about it, is the most important reason to go there.

Greta and all her staff go above and beyond superb pharmaceutical care. By far the most excellent service. Roxbury pharmacy in a league of their own.

We have been customers at Roxbury Pharmacy for many years. I switched from a major pharmacy chain about 20 years ago and i have never looked back. Greta, the pharmacist as well as all of her staff, are warm and caring. We have multiple prescriptions filled monthly, and one of my children has had many medication changes over the past several years. At Roxbury they have been extremely helpful in rush filling prescriptions when I forget to order them in a timely way. They have made repeated calls to physicians to get prescription refills or to verify changes to prescriptions. The personal touches you get from a smaller pharmacy are great.
Roxbury makes it easy to refill prescriptions on line, and, with a credit card on file, THEY WILL DELIVER!!! Delivery isn’t free, but it is very worth my time knowing that I don’t have to run out to go and get a filled prescription while I am trying to pick up from school, take kids to activities and then get dinner cooking.

They are without a doubt the best pharmacy I have ever gone to. The pharmacist knowing that i was taking a cardiac medication that could have adverse affects with one prescribed, would not fill the prescription until talking to the doctor.
My husband had a bad cold and the pharmacist on duty pulled up his records and suggested an over the counter decongestant that would not be in conflict with his blood pressure medication. You cannot get that service in either big drug store or mail order.

the following is my first experience with Roxbury Pharmacy:
Everyone was smiling and welcoming, they were well staffed and when the phone rings, they actually answer it (if you go to a chain pharmacy like CVS you know how hard it can be to get someone on the phone) ! I’ve been going to several different CVS’s and Rite Aid’s for years because they were always closest and had the most convenient hours of operation, however I hated ever single one of them. I just started to assume all Pharmacy’s are staffed by morons who don’t answer the phone, Pharmacists who answer your medication questions in a very rude and rushed manner, wait times of over an hour sometimes and thats even if your medication is in stock! Guess what? You don’t have to be treated like that after all!
For the first time in my life I saw how a Pharmacy is supposed to operate. The whole staff treated me with respect and the pharmacist was a total sweetheart. She came out from behind the counter to introduce herself and thoroughly discussed my medications with me and told me to call her if I had any concerns. Thanks guys for keeping quality service alive in an industry thats severely lacking it. Best Pharmacy I’ve ever been to hands down.

Beware! Over priced on everything, long waits for your prescriptions and very rude personnel. They act like they’re doing you a favor by waiting on you. Go somewhere else — not worth the time or aggravation.

My previous review was a one-​star in response to their 5.00 minimum on credit card purchases. I was impressed that the owner wrote me back letting me know that this particular policy is no longer.
So now if I’m in a pinch and need to make a small purchase with my baby strapped to my body and I don’t have anywhere to put cash — I’ll hit up Roxbury Pharmacy and perhaps I can grab a card or something off their cool clearance table.
I do understand that they are a small pharmacy and do not have the shelf space for a million items — but so far I’ve had to go to other chain pharmacies for items I’ve looked for there. Oh well. I get it. This pharmacy is A-​Ok and I think it’s important for patrons to support local business!!!

This was my first visit. They were not only all super friendly, but very efficient. My insurance and prescriptions were processed with 10 minutes. Finally, a place in LA that’s not a hassle!

My extended family has been patronizing Roxbury Pharmacy for at least 45 years (my grandparents, parents, & siblings). Their service is outstanding. Greta, the pharmacist, and her staff are wonderful, helpful and efficient. They deliver, and the delivery is reliable. There were a few times in my life when I chose to use a chain pharmacy (CVS, Walgreens, et al), and the experience was either unpleasant or horrible. Local businesses like Roxbury Pharmacy deserve to be supported. Roxbury has earned and retained my business and trust. You should definitely give them a try.

i had spent about a hour trying to find a pharmacy which not only would deliver what i needed (not perscription) but also carried a specific product. not only did they have everything i needed but were so kind and and attentive to my requests. i will ALWAYS come back here for all my purchases. thank you roxbury for not forgetting what personal service really means.

Roxbury Pharmacy has outstanding service. They have special ordered prescription medications several times for me and my family which I have received very quickly.
The personal attention they give their customers is great. Greta and her staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Be sure and look around the entire store it is beautifully arranged and stocked with lots of items.
