Great guys and very patient. I was trying to use parts from my old Yakima Rack system and cobble together something that would work on my new car. After a couple of hours of frustration I put all the parts in car and went to Cascade Racks. They immediately saw the problem, got me the right clips and installed everything for me. Good pricing and great service.

I had a great experience shopping here for a rack for my little Audi sports wagon.
They have a welcoming atmosphere, tons of product in stock, and two very knowledgeable and friendly guys to help out with all your questions.
I was impressed with the selection (they gave me 3 or 4 solid options) and the fact that they were able to install it that minute. I was on the road with a sweet new Thule roof rack system in 30 minutes and ready to go on my next adventure.
