People give McDonald’s reviews only when they complain? Probably. For me, I don’t even know why I wanna give this place a review… Let’s just say very very slow drive thru. doesn’t matter what time you come here. I only go here when everything else is closed, of course. Otherwise, eating and Ivar’s next door is much much more satisfying.

Standard McDonald’s fare. You like it or you don’t. My issue is management at this location couldn’t figure out how to get one of my peel off coupons to work. After fumbling for a minute he tried to bullshit me on why I was wrong and kept making up rules that weren’t on the tiny peel off. Food is decent enough, but I just go to the other McDs down 156th for the same quality food and their understanding of how coupons work.

place is either really quiet & chill, or super hectic &(annoyingly) loud. has all your standard ammenities of your everyday mcdonald’s. staff is on par, but nice.

SLOWESTDRIVETHRUEVER! I just wanted my damn dipped cone and it took 20 freaking minutes to get. When I received it, it looked like they hit it against something by accident or something because about ¼ of the chocolate was missing. I guess that will teach me not to be lazy. Next time I wanna stuff my face with McDonalds, I Prob should get off my butt and walk in the place to at least offset a few(Prob only three) calories…

I ordered a meal and a large fries. The cashier had that«wtf» kind of face and asked me three times if I wanted a meal and a large fries. I was baffled to think that this cashier– a mere teen– would ask me three times if my order was correct. I get that it might not be your typical order, but having that face when asking a question is disgustingly rude. It could be the fact that the location is in Crossroads… BUT that attitude is unacceptable. I won’t come by here again. There are other locations who would love to take my money.

I don’t go to fast food restaurants often, but with my two young children and a coupon I decided to give a new item a try. I ordered two specific lattes with different flavor and milk combinations. Quickest service ever. Aaaaand they got every little thing right, which is rare for a ff joint. The two gentlemen at the last window are who compelled me to even bother to write a review for McDonald’s…Nothing but smiles, genuine kindness, and thoughtfulness. One even gave my kids a special treat, SOSWEET! I thank you and we will be back to this McDonalds for our occasional gluttonous meal.

It just got itself a MUCHNEEDED Remodel here in Fall of 2012. So let me explain about the past & the present. In the past the food has been god awful here. Even when they hire new staff, its always tastes nasty. Now, the food is Ok. Its not the best but it beats what they were serving back then. Service is still slow if not WORSE. Waiting in line use to take about 5 or so minutes. Because they hired new people, the waiting time is 6 – 10 minutes now. I was 2nd in line and this isn’t even lunch time or dinner where it would be busy. I was waiting for 10 minutes before i got served. I feel sorry for the people who were standing behind me. There was about 13 of them. When it came to serving food, back then it didn’t take too long but now its extremely long. I waited 8 minutes for a single cheeseburger and large drink inside. I noticed a few times people are standing around in the back doing nothing. There was a poor fella who broke his foot but he wasn’t who i was talking about. It was the people making the food that were slow. The inside is much much nicer then before. It took them what 20 years to get a new look? Thats crazy. So the only thing better about this Mcdonalds is the quality of the food and the inside look. Sadly the service sucks worse and i am not as happy because i don’t want to waste a total of 20 minutes inside of one for a simple burger.

They knocked it down! It’s GONE! Rumor is that they are going to rebuild, but until then, you’ll have to go to NE8th/140th Ave to get your french-fry fix!

This Mcdonalds will not honor their valid internet coupons. This is the worst run Mcdonalds in town. I will drive a mile extra to a different Mcd if I wanted to eat at Mcd.

This isn’t the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, but it’s definitely below average, and I’m grading on a McDonald’s-based curve. Today, they failed the Big Mac«soft bun» test. The bun, especially the bottom bun, was hard and the sandwich had that too-long-under-the-heat-lamp smell to it. I really couldn’t eat it while hot(which means, of course, that I left it sitting around until it got cold and congealed — after which, it was suitable for consumption). And yes, I’m a little gross that way. ;)

This Mcdonalds has improved since I last wrote. They got into gear to get there inventory correct and far less problems with sides and sauces. Café moccas were avialable only real issue was for a long time Mr. Pibb was out for the longets time and they would never say why. About 2 weeks later they started selling Dr. Pepper. It would be helpful for the employees to be able to tell consumers why they are out of a product and or even have signs to say they are out so that even before they order customers know it is temp unavailable. For a little while they had a great ethnic diversity but now it is back to an imbalance of only latinos. Hey guys I love latinos but you got to raise your wages a bit. I mean for christ sake the corp makes hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars in profits a year. You can afford to pay your employees a decent wage.

Why do I eat here? Eating at McDonald’s is like going out with an ex… you know it’s just not going to work out.
