Meh-​potle in Crossroads. I usually go to the one close to Westgate or South Lake Union and I never have had a bad experience at those. This one I am not so sure why gets such high ratings. I chalk it up to Bellevue residents just not really giving a crap about an $ 8 burrito.
The hot ingredients were cold and the service was kind of off-​putting. Not friendly, not mean. I just felt like I was wasting their time, or something.
I’ll stick to the locations I usually go to, or I’ll just go to Whole Foods and get a better burrito for my $ 8.

I am not ashamed to say I eat here three times a week. Chipotle has always been a favorite — the steak burrito bowl feeds my soul. But this location stands out for the friendly, enthusiastic service. Every interaction I have had there has been positive and makes my chipotle lunch hour the highlight of my day. Keep up the great work guys!

I asked the server to change gloves because she had just served meat to someone and I don’t want any traces of meat. She took a good 3 minute break to wash her hands thoroughly and put on new gloves. She appeared unhappy with my choice although she didn’t show it.

Im here at least two times a week. Always in really late, like 15min before closing, trying to get my post workout protein in. Not really one for reviews but tonight was different. Tonight I was inspired. Whoever it was that wrapped my double steak burrito was an expert. One of the most perfectly wrapped burritos I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a whole lot. Props to you guys. I mean I would’ve been back anyways but tonight was special.
Thanks from the two guys always coming in with protein shakes before you close.

Above-​average-​Chipotle. Why? 1. Always Clean. 2. Great portion of ingredients (like they don’t do half scoops of everything like some locations do). 3. Friendly service. 4. The Chipotle sauce pepper is always available. If you like this sauce and has been to a lot of Chipotle’s, you would know that most of them are kinda empty… but not this one! 5. Delicious!
Why 4 stars? It needs better seating area… It has outside seats, but we are in Seattle. We need more indoor seats lol.
On top of that, it has Jamba Juice next door and has tons of parking! :) *Cheers*

My favorite Mexican fast food restaurant. Food is great. I usually order steak burritos and my wife gets burrito bowel. The quantity is excellent we usually bare able to finish all. So I usually go there when I am very hungry with big appetite.

Best Chipolte I’ve been to, hands down. This’s when Jacob was there. The only problem: I’ve moved to Socal & the closest Chipolte to me in Laguna Niguel is NOT even close to this place. Jacob was truly awesome there.
Please send him this way & have him fix the locations out here in South Orange County! I was spoiled with great food EVERY TIME & spoiled with incredible service. Jacob set the bar very high.

Chipotle is affordable and healthy. They’ve been going through staffing changes and the quality of their food varies (i.e. Occasional issues include Watery mild salsa, unripe quac, chicken gristle) as well as portion control on occasion. The staff is friendly and focused on customer service and core employees can make a tasty burrito. I give A+ to employees and for cleanliness.
They do not offer hot beverages which is a miss in our winter climate.
Management should be sure to fix AC and bathroom issues immediately.

Simple yet satisfying. That about sums up what Chipotle offers with their menu. So far, I’ve been here twice for lunch and have been impressed with just about everything I have seen. The food is consistent and filling, the service is fast and friendly, and the location is clean and well maintained. Not really much else you could ask for from a fast food joint in my opinion.

I’m not sure why this particular location has such high reviews. I’ve been in twice, and each time, I’m left with an extremely skimpy portion in the burrito bowl. Most of my last bowl was just rice. And it’s not like I don’t ask for anything — a mixture of proteins, beans, peppers, a couple salsas, even… and I’ve been really disappointed.
Every other location I’ve ever been to gives a good sized helping. I’m not sure if they don’t want to have to prepare as much, or if they’re trying to do well on their numbers, but it’s a noticeable difference.
I will not be back to this location. The Northgate mall location is far, far better.

Are they trying to cut cost??? I got 2 burritos today, 1 chicken, 1 steak… and one is barely 5in long. No wonder why their stock is at $ 721 a share.
I called the store and they said that…“the burrito are smaller to fit into the togo bag easier :(…no thanks, I will bring my own bag (Extra large) next time :)

You can never go wrong with chipotle! I usually get the bowl, with white rice, both kinds of beans, chicken as the meat, mild salsa, with lots of corn and lettuce. At times guacamole! :)
Its super filling. Good. Tasty. But its kinda pricey as well. Probably the only thing that atops me from coming here often!
They usually have long lines but dont let that fool you. It goes by quick!

After we arrived in Seattle we were here to get fast food. We only needed to wait a few minutes and it was warm and so good. Perfect if you are hungry and don’t want to cook.

Chipotle is awesome! Always love coming in here for lunch, they do get busy though around 12, but are still very fast.
The food here is top-​notch! I love getting a bowl with a free tortilla on the side. I usually will get carnitas and I love it!
They also have lemons cut for water or other drinks you might have, which is a great touch!
I’ll be back!

For the eastsiders I would recommend this location over DT Bellevue. Usually in DT there’s always a huge line whereas here you order faster.
In terms of quality, this location has the same good Chipotle quality. I mean, it’s not the healthiest food, but among fast food choices Chipotle could be as healthy as you want to (order a salad bowl instead a burrito)

As far as Chipotles go, this is a good one. Always packed at lunchtime with a line extending to the entrance and beyond.
Pro tip: Order online and pick up. Fast, painless and you get to feel like a VIP blowing past all those chumps waiting in line.

This is the fastest chipotle around for sure. They always give lots of guacamole, and they are super friendly!
I always switch up my order, except for one thing: guacamole. I love guacamole. I live for guacamole. If I had the option, I would trade it for mayo and ketchup and just about every other condiment.
Summer isn’t summer without chipotle. Come on down. It will be great!

Chipotle is generally the same no matter which location you visit. However, they employees at this one did skimp a bit on the goods. I had to ask for more cheese after the girl dropped just a few shreds of my beloved mozzarella.
Loved the food, but they could offer the same quantity as the other locations to get a higher rating.

That’s right, it’s 5 stars.
We eat here probably once a week and we love it. It’s good, it’s fast, and it’s cheap. Is it a good representation of Mexican food? No, but it’s a great representation of how fast food can be delicious, made fresh with fresh ingredients, and relatively healthy. I especially like this particular Redmond/​Bellevue location. Thumbs up for chipotle!
