Went here to pick up some halal lamb… they were out, but the butcher was friendly and let us know they’d have some later in the day. Guy at the register was also super nice and friendly, contrary to some of the other reviews here. Produce was okay though not super fresh, but we weren’t there for produce. Good selection of the basics otherwise. We’ll be back for the butcher counter for sure.

I go there to get mutton(which, for those of you that don’t know, is goat meat) and fish. And they do a good job at cutting them and putting them in packets. I thought I’d end my review there. But why not write a little more. Hygiene: the less you say, the better Availability of items: not bad, but other Indian supermarkets stock better Food: they serve pizza and egg rolls and stuff which I ate once; made me consider starvation as a life choice. But, seriously. If you’re from India and you enter the store, you know you’ve seen worse. It’s really not too bad. That’s why I keep going back for mutton and fish.

Stale food. I used to go there to buy mutton but the last time I went I realized the packed snack items which are sold are stale and smelly. The hygiene is compromised and the customer service is awful. The store is smelly no quality food. In never gong to go there again…

I’ve been here several times. Last night my husband and I stopped by for a pizza. Ok so the store its self has a huge selection but its literally shoved in those shelves and its a bit dingy and kinda dirty. The pizza restaurant downstairs is a huge stock room with some pop up tables and chairs. There was a ginormous t.v. to entertain the kids though. Now the pizza oh my goodness the delicious fluffy crust with the perfect combination of almost to much cheese(one can never have to much cheese, but you know how skimpy portion sizes are) Tandoori chicken and green peppers and fresh mushrooms was literally why I added another star. Hopefully they stay busy with this«Indian Pizza» combinations because they are great. I’ve had their pizza before, but this time it was even better. IFB whatever you do, do not change your crust! I’ll keep coming just for its airy goodness.

I don’t know how this place stays in business. Their produce section is pathetic — when I stopped by, they were trying to sell some rotten/moldy tomatoes. At the checkout, the cashier was visibly annoyed when I interrupted her phone conversation to GIVETHEMMONEY. The place smells weird and looks sketchy in general.

This place is less crowded for a reason. Pathetic Customer Service. These guys behave very rudely. Prices are expensive than Apna Bazaar. I stopped by hoping to support local business, but they did not deserve it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and associated trouble.

International Food Bazaar has an amazing selection of items and I can always get what I’m looking for. The parking situation here is much better than the often-crowded Mayuri. My only advice would be to please restock your produce section every couple of days for fresher items, or don’t offer produce at all. The fresh produce is always a hit or miss, but since I don’t come to International Food Bazaar for Produce, I must say it has all my food/snack/refreshment needs covered. :)

I bought 4 flour bags from this place the other day because they were on sale for buy 2 get 1 free and my was I excited. After I took them home and acutally made bread(roti) my mouth got all swollen up and I got a rash. I took the flour back to the store asking for an exchange or refund but the employee refused and accused me of buying it from another store and then bringing it here what the heck! He solved my problem of what was wrong with the flour bags that stated EXPIRATIONSEPT12, 2012! Wow! So he sold expired flour bags on me and now insisted that his store would never do such a thing. He did nothing and refused to call the owner! I definately will be writing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about this being a big health issue and the customer service he provided! Don’t shop at this place EVER who knows how expired the other stuff might be! Save Yourself!

I am very happy with this store because ot thier effort to only carry the most authentic halal meat. The owners regularly coordinate with the scholars in the area to ensure that authenticity of their meat. This, I can appreciate and is something our community needs more and more of. The store has a good product selection, and its close to crossroads. The staff is always helpful. The two owners often stop by the store and are very kind.

Picked up some yogurt drinks that are tasty. The manager gave me a tour around the store and the fresh meats looked good. He took time to explain different foods. The paprika power I picked up was good too.
