I ordered 2 pizzas tonight. 1 pan and 1 regular. While they did get here in about 40 minutes, the pan pizza was not cooked all the way and was very doughy and cold.

Don’t go to this Pizza Hut the pizza was really bad! I should have taken it back that’
bad it was. The pizza was was so greasy from the bacon that I could not eat it. And the supreme wasn’t even cook all the way! I will never go back!

I hate giving negative reviews. That being said, I’ve given this Pizza Hut a few chances to see if they’re just one time experiences. Going in, I know it’s Pizza Hut. But some times I’m stuck at home and just want something quickly delivered to my house. Unfortunately this specific Pizza Hut will consistently deliver you pizza in 90 minutes plus. I live 2 miles away so I don’t understand what takes so long. It doesn’t matter what time or day. I just ordered around 1pm on a Monday and it took 95 minutes, resulting in cold, greasy, expensive pizza. At least places like Domino’s will offer some kind of act of sympathy for taking longer than 30 minutes, but these drivers are just as annoyed as I am :(

If I could put zero stars I would. This pizza hut is horrible!!! We ordered our pizza at 8pm, it is now 10pm and still no pizza. We have been calling the store for the last 20 minutes and no one has picked up the phone. We currently are without pizza and have no way to get our money back either. Save your time and money, just never order pizza hut. It is not worth having a house full of hungry people waiting two hour for pizzas that never showed up.

Gee am I glad I just wasted $ 30 to wait an hour and a half to get half an order and cold pizza. I can’t believe the driver took my money with a straight face.

Yay pizza, so i thought. The man who took my order was polite, patient and spoke very proper. I had to call in after an hour from placing the order to report it late. The women who answered denied how truely late it was, argued that it was only a few minutes and that the driver was on his way. She said no discounts qualified to give to me because it was only 6 minutes late and not 40 minutes late. A grand total of an hour and 20 minutes is what it took for my delivery. Micheal explained that he was expected to drop off other orders before mine. He offered a $ 3 discount, that was sweet. Note the Pizza was cold and salty.

We placed our order at 9PM. We received email confirmation of our delivery time at 9:06, that our pizza would be delivered at 9:36. At 10:43 we called and were told that «it was the next pizza out» and that «online quotes the wrong delivery times».
I understand that the online process may not be exact, but what will ultimately be at least 2 hours for a pizza delivery is absurd to say the least. I am, and have been, a fan of Pizza Hut for some time. I have never felt compelled to file any sort of grievance, however, this situation merits a response. Dissatisfied, does not begin to adequately describe my experience this evening.

Took them 1 hr and 48 mins to deliver 1.2 miles away. Pizza was wrong the first time. They did fix it for free, but it took another 43 minutes to get the correct ones. And the delivery driver still complained that he had to pay for them. Thank goodness godfathers is close.

I live 10 minutes from this location, 3 miles… I normally order a lot of food. I would say out of 5 times my pizza has only been made correctly once, when I order wings they’re normally made right, but any other sides have been made wrong and my food always arrives warm to cold. I couldn’t eat one of my sides once because they were cold and had hardened over and couldn’t be reheated. There is no reason for my food to arrive cold when the store is so close by. Nor should it take an hour to deliver.

We’re quoted 30 minutes, received it in an hour. When asked if they were busy, response was «not really.» Pizza and breadsticks were cold. However the taste otherwise was great. Time to prioritize!!!

Food took an hour and a half. They were out of pineapple. Pizza was cold. No real explanation offered, except traffic, you know. Food was awful, even for Pizza Hut. Skip it, order somewhere else.

TERRIBLE!!! don’t order online. placed a order at 7:10 pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 8:41, at 9:15 i called them and they said the order had been voided but couldn’t answer why??? what a waste of time! no offer to fix it just an offer to put the order in again, told the manager to forget it.

Great customer service… after receiving a mediocre meal. Ordered a customized personal pizza with waffle fries and a drink. The waffle fries were cold when they arrived, they completely left out the anchovies which I was charged for, and the pizza itself wasn’t anything special. It was lukewarm and the spinach wasn’t even cooked into the pizza, it was completely raw just sitting on top. Luckily, the woman I spoke to on the phone about being charged extra for anchovies I didn’t receive was very nice and accommodating, however they wouldn’t reimburse me, only give me store credit (to the same location).

This is the worst service I’ve ever had
For a Pizza Hut. We ordered at 10:30,
It is now 12:10 and no pizza. We called and asked where it was about an hour ago and they said we could have a $ 3 credit and that he was on his way. We have a million dollars in credit by now because this happens all the time. Not sure why we even bother anymore.
We finally received our pizza at 12:15am… and it is not our pizza. So someone else must be pretty pissed. And it’s cold.
Never again.

Ordered my pizza online and it was to be delivered by 7:16pm. It is now 8:02pm. I called the store to let them know. They were very friendly and gave me credit for my next purchase. BUT I still don’t know when we’re going to get the pizza… And if it’s even going to be a fresh pizza an hour late…

I called in a pizza and they said it will be ready in 15 min. I got there in 20 and ended up having to wait another 30 min. They didn’t try to acommidate me in any way they just said our system messes up sometimes. One pizza was cold and the other one was perfect temp. The flavor was good as always but the service was horrible. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! the asion dude that was helping me was rude and lifeless but the other guys were cool

Great customer service… Brandy helped me out after I had an awful experience with the call center. Which is what got me into the mess I was in, in the first place. DON’T EVER CALL THE CALL CENTER! Call the location directly. 503−469−9989 I also have to give thanks to the management… I will definitely go there again and again Thanks a Bunch!

Every time I order from this Pizza hut I get great service. I usually carry out since I live so close. When first entering the building, the employees are quick to greet their customers at the door. The food is always hot and prepared on time. The only minor complaint is that they do like to over sauce their pizzas, but it doesn’t make too much of a difference. Thew few times I have used delivery has been pleasant as well. The drivers are always here before the estimated time and the pizza is always piping hot. Make sure to tip your driver for enabling us to be lazy at home. Consistently good service mean I will be back for late night pizza munchies.

I ordered a pizza here earlier this week and the website estimated that it would take about 40 minutes for it to arrive which sounded like way too long, however, we ordered the pizza anyway because it would arrive before I had to leave for the airport about 20 minutes after it was said to arrive.
Well, we waited and waited for the pizza to arrive, but it took an hour and a half for it to arrive. 90 minutes! For a pizza! I called and had my order refunded but needless to say I will not be ordering from this pizza hut again.
The only redeeming factor from this experience was speaking with the store to have it refunded. The woman I spoke with was extremely apologetic and kind.
