I came in willing to pay around $ 300 for a suit. The guy told me I would have to try to work with him and make it more like $ 400. The $ 400 price included socks, shirts and ties, which I was not interested in and had to keep repeating that I was on a budget. In the end, I came out with like a 200 suit. I would have been willing to spend the 300 for a better quality suit too. It was a shitty experience and they were really pushing the accessories. I wont be back

Best shopping experience ever! My husband was really anxious because we found out he would need a suit for business meetings in Hong Kong the next week. David greeted him at the door. He explained that he was leaving in the morning and needed a suit. David recommended a couple of suits that would meet conservative business dress expectations in Hong Kong. David had me out the door in less than 40 minutes with a tailored suit and the other accessories that he needed. He even showed him how to pack a suit for long travel, bonus!

Not a great experience. Decent customer service but the rental tuxedo pants would not hold on the side tabs. And their recommendation to not get suspenders was a major miss. I spent 17 hours trying to keep my pants from falling down in front of 250 wedding guests. Sincere and significant inconvenience. Trying them on in advance would not make it clear that the tabs wouldn’t hold.

I visited Men’s Wearhouse looking to purchase a suit for my friend’s wedding. I was a little apprehensive being a woman looking for a men’s suit, but the people at the store were amazing. David helped find the style I was looking for and was helpful in getting it tailored to the way I wanted it. Thank you so much for being so helpful and accepting!

I was previously a regular customer at this store location. Unfortunately, today, I went in wearing sweatpants and not a single employee would help me. I stood in front of the shoe display for 10 minutes with a single shoe in my hand, and 6 employees (all within 20 feet of me) completely ignored me. Apparently, people wearing sweats don’t provide enough commission. There was not a single customer in the store other than myself, and not one employee said hello or asked to help. I will never return to this store.

needed some dress pants as my clothes were in some lost luggage. went into MW and was immediately greeted by Tylor. I told him what I needed and that I had a short amount of time… I walked out 30 min later with a pair of hemmed /​cuffed pants and a couple of sweaters (couldn’t resist the BOGO sale). Tylor was exceptional, great service and was really helpful. They carry more brands of casual clothes than I anticipated, I will definitely be back to MW.

I needed to find a tie for a friend’s wedding, and I wanted one that matched the dress my daughter was wearing.
I had gone to JC Penny, Macy’s, etc… and got very little help, the prices were super high, and nothing was really what I wanted.
My wife suggested we try this Men’s Wearhouse and so two days before the wedding we go in and are immediately greeted by an employee who asks what we’re looking for. We’re at the ties already and have found two we like. He asks what my suit color is, grabs that color jacket, grabs a white shirt and puts the tie on them. The tie looked great with them and we bought it. The price was almost half of what we would’ve paid at Macy’s too.
The salesman turned out to be a manager named Aaron, and he was awesome. Totally personable, helpful, made comment of my Star Wars t shirt and chatted us up about nerdy things while he rang us up.
Super happy with my experience and will be coming back here for any future suit needs.

Great service by all. My wife suggested we come here for high quality dress shirts. We were met by Tyler Ramos and were given top service even though we told him we just looking for high quality shirts. We took up the offer for permanent creases in the arm sleeves for 10 bucks and will look very sharp!

I have to say, the staff is on top of it.
However for the money, Burlington Coat Factory which is just across the way has a tailor and will custom fit just about any suit preparation that you want for about half the price. I myself being thrifty as i am, would rather deal with less patient sales people then spend the extra money for the atmosphere and preferred treatment.
