I reserved my unit online with a great special, went to the site and had my gate code in about 15 min. Andrew was so helpful and nice, making sure that I was able to move right in and have the accessability I asked for. The site is very clean and well maintained and well lit inside the building my unit is in.

I’m a no nonsense, don’t sell me anything, type of lady. I reserved online a unit that wouldn’t be big enough, and the guys found me a bigger unit, with an even better First Month discount offer.
They’ve also emailed twice and left a personal voicemail in UNDER A MONTH just to make sure everything is ok

Guaranteed to continually raise your rates! Admittedly Tami was awesome in terms of customer service but the new onsite staff leave much to be desired. Corporate controls the rates and they will be raised at regular intervals. If you choose to store stuff here be prepared to move it after 6 months because once you become «long term» the rates just keep going up. We’ve had rates raised 3 times in 15 months.

Staff was extremely helpful given my circumstances. My job keeps me out of town most of the week. A 5×5 opened up and I called immediately, Jeff and Andrew were very accommodating in setting me up with the unit, and within about 6 hours. Easy to find and hours that are flexible with most schedules.

Just signed up for a unit here last week on short notice. The reservation process was very smooth and speedy, as was the on-​site paperwork. Actually, they have the whole registration process electronified with e-​signatures, which lets them move through it very quickly. I was glad to have the signed documents delivered electronically to my in-​box — less paperwork clutter in my office! On-​site staff was amazingly helpful and friendly despite being in the midst of a frantic and busy day. Overall great experience.

I was given short notice to move out of where I was living, and was unable to get a new place to live in the time period I had, so I needed a storage unit. Right now storage units in this part of town seem a little scarce, so it was great to find Extra Space Storage (I stored with them in Ohio when I was in college), and their rates are a bit lower than the other places available. I was able to reserve online and received a nice phone call confirming my reservation from Tami as soon as they opened that day. I went on my move-​in date and Tami was there to help me, showed me my unit before doing any paperwork to make sure it would fit my needs, showed me the lights, gave me tips on using the carts, gave me all the info on how to use the place and other renters who are there often. She got all of my paperwork done quickly, and all online, sent straight to my email. I moved all of my things in the next day without a hitch– it really has been a pleasure. Tami seems to know the place and really have an eye on everything. I’ve been back a few times since to take more stuff etc. and it has been easy each time. Additionally, they have cameras all over the property and great insurance available. Thank you Extra Space Storage, and Tami!

I cannot sing the praises of Tami and the folk over at Extra Space Storage enough. My wife and I had a harrowing experience with our move. But the coordination between my father-​in-​law and Tami at Extra Space Aloha made putting the bulk of our things in storage so smooth that every time I go by Extra Space I breath a sigh of relief remembering the one thing that went right from the beginning. Thanks Tami, from the bottom of my heart. Five stars are not enough.

Beware of the glowing reviews you see on google and ExtraSpace’s web site. They are probably phony. There are services nowadays that specialize in upping the on-​line ratings of companies so you have to keep a healthy dose of scepticism. Anyway, I would normally give Extra Space on 229^th 3 stars, but they are crooked on several counts: First, I have gotten e-​mails soliciting a review from me. They say, «Be honest», so I wrote an honest review, submitted it and it was accepted. Today I got another solicitation, so I checked for my previous one. Surprise, it was wiped out. Only glowing 5 star reviews get posted. That’s crooked. Second and more importantly, the customer is nothing but a cash cow to ExtraSpace. I have 6+ years with them and one thing they guarantee is to jack up your rates every year. And the rates climb far beyond the «competitive rates» others gush about; reality is existing customers are taken for granted as cash cows. New customers get the good deals, existing customers get gouged. That’s because they know it is too much trouble to move all your stuff to another locale. You have to beg every year to keep them from jacking up your rates far beyond that justified by inflation. Aren’t we emerging from the «great recession»? Auto-​robo rate rise is programmed into their billing system. Crooked I say…

I needed to move some things out of my other house and having no space at my primary residence, needed a storage unit FAST. I did an online search and found Extra Space Storage as well as other nearby facitilites. I did some comparisons checking unit sizes offered, pricing, availability, convenience and checked user reviews. ESS was the winner, hands down!
I reserved a space via their website and received confirmation by email immediately. My possessions were moved in and secure by 3pm! Relief!
The facilities are well maintained, clean and well monitored. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient.
Could I ask for anything more?
