The service and attitude of the staff is better than any hotel I have ever stayed in before and I travel a lot. The pool and hot tub and exercise room are open 24 hours. The breakfast is gourmet, not just a continental breakfast but a real bed and breakfast. Room service is terrific. Complete remodel and updates very recently. Great discounts when booking directly through Hilton Customer service. Outstanding overall. Thank you, Hilton and DoubleTree, for making this wonderful.

Drove for 16 hours and needed a place to sleep and shower. Sarah checked me in and was AWESOME! Got me into a room promptly and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Last minute booking and got the last room! Zach at the front desk was amazing! And got our room for an excellent price. Pool was 24 hours and we took advantage of that :) complimentary cookings was nice. Beds are amazing to sleep on even the hide a bed was more comfortable than beds at other hotels. This was definitely a good hotel!

This hotel was so nice, super clean, super friendly staff, large rooms, just a really nice stay. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again. It’s only ten or fifteen minutes away from Portland which is nice for a tourist or traveler.
My only complaint is the noise. They had a school soccer team staying there and it made it hard to sleep at times. But I would still stay here again.

My trip was supposed to be short. Fly in to Portland on Friday and drive a pickup home to Sacramento. Worked out far differently, and it sank in that I was stranded until Monday. Emily at this Doubletree made a fast declining experience FAR easier to deal with. While a hotel across the freeway wanted to take full advantage of my situation, she was empathetic to it and worked with me. The room was soooo clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating to the very last minute. I felt safe and it made my weekend end up way better than it started. If I am in Portland again, I will be making the short drive to stay at Doubletree, because I know I will not be disappointed.
