I ordered all my fixtures from this place 3 bathroom and kitchen. Nasty people not helpful and overpriced

Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. We ordered all of our fixtures here for a complete bathroom renovation back in August and the whole process was one big headache. All the parts were delayed and nothing arrived during the time frame promised. I had to make several trips to them to pick up parts as they arrived. Customer service is close to non existent. Our sales guy was rarely available to come to the phone (always either «unloading a truck or in the bathroom») You need to leave about 10 messages before you get a call back. Major attitude from other sales staff as if they are doing me a favor. Had a faucet issue and they were supposed to call the manufacturer for replacement parts last week. I decide to call the company directly to check on the status and they have absolutely no record of a call being made for my faucet! I’d never recommend this place to anyone!!!
