I was looking for these specific Alex and Ani bracelets I needed and didn’t want to deal with the madness of going to the mall. I used Unilocal and it directed me here. So I was reading a previous review about Nicole and I couldnt believe it. I just called just to ask a few questions about exchanges in the store and she gave me the best customer service and that was just over the phone… Im sure she will be just as great with her customer service in person as she was on the phone. She even took the time out to check in the back of the store for the item I was looking for. She went above and beyond what most sales associates wouldn’t take the time out to do during the busy christmas season. Thanks Nicole for answering all my questions even during this busy christmas season. I was eager to meet her in the store just to tell her hoe much I appreciated her customer service, but she was off the day I went in to exchange my items. Melissa helped me with my items in store and she was just as helpful and attentive to my needs. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

How terrible it is that one person may ruin business because of poor customer serivice skills! No smile, and not an ounce of personality from person named Nicole who addressed myself and my mother as if she seemed like she had an awful morning and afternoon. I came in there to ask about my Pandora bracelet which needed to be fixed that I dropped off in august. Her inital greeting of «whats up» as oppposed to good afternoon how may I help you” threw us off a bit. Her response along with no smile, was that it takes two months, threw us off even more. It is October 10th. It has been more than two months counting, but thank you also for reiterating that«it is out of my hands», as opposed to making a more appropriate comment. No thank you, good bye or have a good day. Just«u huh». This has been the third time so far we went in to ask about the progress of the jewlery and the same response is «two months». It is beyond me how people without any social skills get jobs solely dealing with the public. Poor experience in a great neighborhood or personable and delightful people all around. I hope this turns around with the next visit I will be making soon enough to pick up my jewlery.

I needed a gift for my Goddaughter’s sweet sixteen. I had no idea what to get but, a friend suggested Tess Morgan. They had an assortment of beautiful things at reasonable prices. Cara the salesperson went above and beyond to help me find a gift. She took the time to walk all around the store with me suggesting what a 16 year old might like. Needless to say… I found the perfect gift and a few more items for myself at 50% off! I highly recommend this place and will be going back.

Terrific place. Great selection of Brighton, Pandora and more. Plenty of parking. Great staff to assist. Good prices. I find myself here for holidays and special occasions for unique, quality gifts.

This is the sister store to the Periwinkle Boutiques in Long Island. I come here for Vera Bradley and Alex and Ani two brands which can be hard to find outside the Island. This place is huge and carries a very wide selection, staff is also friendly and helpful. They also always have sales especially on retired VB colors. Recently bought my mom a Vera Bradley bag and earrings on sale and paid around $ 37 for both– SCORE ! They also had Alex and Ani and Pandora pieces on sale at the time. I love this place and I will be back !
