convenient how you failed to mention the man told me the tight wedding band would give me heart problems (not the other issues that you mentioned here in your response) which is 100% false, tight wedding bands have NEVER caused heart problems.

to rhodium plate my ring due to the discoloration that would occur during the heating process, which does NOT occur in PLAT stamped rings that aren’t mixed with cobalt, but platinum and iridium like mine.
I only wanted the exterior of my ring polished, and said so, but was told «IT MUST BE PLATED!» which is also false.
oh, by the way, I looked on the inside of my ring the other day after I wrote my original review and realized the original wedding engraving and date inside aren’t there anymore.
you said above that the items you produce «are of quality not rubbish».
so what do you call it when a man comes in to have his wedding band sized, is given false health advise about tight rings causing heart problems, then given back a ring where the rhodium playing wears off in about 3 months, then realizes the engraving on the inside of his ring is gone???
what do you call that?
