Hired these guys to do a number of small jobs on my hardwood floors from 1899 in a Victorian house. There are a few employees with some talent but they are mismanaged and pressured into doing a worse job than what they could be doing. The good: they put in floorboards in gaps of the hardwood well. Worked out the jigsaw puzzle of the space, what wood is available. The bad: they cannot match color. One worker did a good job matching an inlay and then the bossman came by and painted the whole thing with a reddish stain that destroyed the nice lines the other worker was doing. When rushed they leave corners, edges, and underneath moveable furniture undone: see photos I uploaded. The Ugly: when I raised these to the bossman, he wouldn’t come fix them. He even tried to charge me to come back to finish the job! I ended up staining it myself and it came out just as beautifully. Don’t dall for his line that it’s a «custom» blend. A $ 5 can of stain from Home Depot did the job way better than Mr. Sandless! Sad and unprofessional. Pass. Addendum: check out the review that was flagged as inappropriate by Unilocal,by a «Mark L.» The bossman’s name was Mark L. Hahaha!
