Mike called to schedule an appointment after being contacted by my Home warranty company. He showed up at the beginning of his time window. He replaced my thermostat and cleaned the coils on my air conditioning.
He was in and out quickly, and very professional and friendly. I was very happy with them, and the air conditioning is working great now!

Found them on Craigslist to fix my heater which hasn’t been turning on. Made an appointment for today and Mike not only showed up early, but waited for me because I was gone picking up my car from a body shop. Excellent service! He checked my breakers and attic. I have a 3 story townhouse so it’s a lot going up and down these stairs. He ended up replacing my thermostat and gave me the best gift all holiday: HEAT! I would totally call again and recommend to everyone. Kind, efficient, and professional.

From personal experience after having significant problems with my Air conditioning for the last year despite I have a home warranty account with 1st American home buyers protection, Miguel came out for the first time a couple weeks ago and solved the problem the first time by getting more detailed. Last year I had over 20 visits to my home from 2 different companies dispatched by 1st American and the problem was never solved even though I was told it was. It was an absolute nightmare. However, Having Miguel come by from DN heating and air made me believe that there are still good technicians out there with experience to diagnose a problem, then to fix it without hassle. Thank you Miguel and I will highly recommend anyone to DN heating and air despite they are new in my life but they took care of business. Greatly appreciated and thank you again!
