Worst service ever. Stick to Best Buy. Employees are always rude & do not help people out with their issues. Have came into this store several times (4) & they have always been rude & not knowledgeable. Or willing to help.

Bought my Sprint air card (for wireless internet) here from a salesman who seems to know the product, but not how well it works in rural locations, and Sprint’s online maps he used to advise me on that info just don’t line up with what I experience. I live outside of Bastrop, but less than a mile (as the crow flies) from a Sprint tower. Unfortunately, Sprint kicks me off its apparently grossly overloaded tower-​based rural internet service, often around two or three times an hour, so I spend a lot of time re-​booting. Two-​year contract. OUCH! Many of my neighbors on Sprint have told me they have similar problems.

The store is always clean, the help there is the best in any phone store I have been too. I give this place only 5 stars because they only go up to 5 stars. If they don’t have the product instock, the manager drives to Austin to pick it up for us. Could not ask for better service.
