TGI Friday’s

Love their margaritas and burgers. Very reasonably priced. Great staff. Everything we have had here was pretty good. We have never had to send anything back. Also love their appetizers. Sometimes we order a bunch of them as our meals. There so delicious.

Our server ignored us. We waited 10 minutes for a drink order and he kept serving the 2 tables around us. My husband ordered a ruby red lemonade and it was nothing but alcohol. No lemonade. I ordered cajun chicken shrimp pasta which was served with 3 pieces of shrimp, one pepper slice and more sauce then necessary. We ate quickley and left. Very disappointed in our server and food.

My husband and I would come here for their fried string beans a long time ago. So it has a special place in my heart for our date night. Unfortunately he passed a few years back and now we go from time to time with our two loves our sons. One now an adult and one still paddling the waves of elementary school. But unfortunately TGI Fridays in White Marsh is in need of TLC. They seated us three tables from where they bring the food out which red tape patch work on torn seats. Not a little red tape but a few areas. Which was no big deal if it all did not go down hill from there. The waiter came and got our order and of course we did get the string beans. I had a strawberry daq a special treat. It did not look like the one they use to do — it was pink instead of the red I am use to and it had no fresh strawberrys in it not even a decorative one. I had the shrimp, steak, with fries and spinach. I asked for medium and it was well. The steak was also a bit stringed with fat. The shrimp was the biggest disappointment it was hard. I mean dry and hard. The waiter was pulling up his pants and rubbing under his nostrils which did not leave me feeling any better about it. I did speak to the manager when I left and he apologized and said he will look into it. I gave two stars… and the only reason two was because of the sentimental value from our past experience. My now adult son wished we had gone some where else… which is a surprise since he suggested even the place he does not like to go with me.

We go here all the time because the food is decent. The staff needs to learn some hospitality. The workers who stand at the door checking people in stand around all together and disregard the customers. They seem to be more interested in gossiping then working. The wait time to get your food after you get seated and place your order is ridiculous. We sat down at 7pm and did not get our food till 8pm. All we ordered were a couple of burgers and kids mac and cheese. The waitress rarely came to check on us and seemed uninterested in even being there or showing hospitality. When we did get our food it was decent although it took so long that my toddler fell asleep and was uninterested in eating. Most of the time we order take out instead of sitting in here. I see why we do this.

As I’ve grown older, and since I moved to the City, I really don’t go to many national chain restaurants of the TGI Friday’s, Chili’s, Olive Garden, Ruby Tuesday ilk. My gal and I were in the area for a visit to Ikea, and while discussing dining options we elected to go old school and hit TGIF. We split an appetizer of warm soft pretzel sticks with a cheese dip, and I honestly found them to be the best soft pretzels I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. The cheeses sauce was alright, though the lady thought it needed a spicy kick.
For our meal we split the Jack Daniels ribs and shrimp, with mac & cheese and spinach as our sides. Everything was frankly delish, though I’d have liked to have more spinach and a tad less mushrooms and cheese in that side. The ribs were truly better than those we recently tried at local legend Corner Stable.
Service was imbalanced– friendly, but sort of slow and forgetful at times. I was pleased with their craft beer selection, which some local chains could learn from (I’m talking to you AGAIN, Bill Bateman’s!), though m’lady didn’t much care for her cocktail. Surprisingly good experience, all in all.

My daughter and I stopped here for our lunch date. The waiter and waitress were very nice and helpful. The 4−7−4 menu is great. You’re able to get a full meal at a very inexpensive price. I recommend this location. Great service, good prices = a winTry the Pink Punk martini it’s delicious

We’ve had a mix of good and bad over the years but I have to say they’re normally awesome and the waitstaff is normally friendly and attentive. The food has improved a bit over the years with more complex flavor options along with keeping the classics.

Honestly I’m not a fan of Fridays at all I really don’t care for their food and think for the quality it’s overpriced. I sat at the bar with my friend during the late afternoon. The service was really good the managers were extremely friendly and the bartenders were very tentative certainly some of the best service I’ve ever had at a Fridays. However as great the service was I just don’t care for the food. I got the Mahi Mahi with spinach and broccoli. The spinach was gross. No seasoning whatsoever and they mixed with with mushrooms and onions which I thought was very odd. The fish was seasoned well but certainly over cooked so it wasn’t very enjoyable either. I’d come back here for drinks at the bar but I’d definitely pass on eating here.

Came in to have a later dinner. Requested to sit in bar. Hostesses said to wait as they would clear a table. Both sat at a bar high top and talked to friends… Or what seamed to be friends as we watched them stare at three dirty tables. Fifteen minutes passed and we left. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never return. Ever.

When I eat at a restaurant, I always look for good service. This location, unfortunately, rarely has exceptional service. You’ll be lucky to see your waiter/​waitress 3 – 4 times during your visit.
Other than that, the food is always good and I would recommend anything from the Jack Daniels menu.

We sat at the bar and watched the bartenders clean up around us while not even acknowledging we were sitting there. Finally we were greeted… she got our drinks and menus… we were ready to order and during that time we watched one bartender wash dishes the other one close out checks… which she never acknowledged us anyway…
After 5 minutes we decided to pay for my beer and her iced tea and leave!
If Angel or Chelsea are the bartenders… ask for a table!!! They are rude and offer horrible service and entitled bartenders!!! Let me just say I have been in this business for 15 years and those two are some of the worst bartenders I have ever come across! Won’t be going back… until they are no longer employed there!!!

Usually come here on my lunch break, the waiters are responsive and curtious to my limited time. They usually put my order in quickly. The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta usually fills me up well into dinner time.

I went here yesterday as part of a party of 6. Our waitress didn’t explain the details of the Endless Appetizer promotion. When she said that she would get an insert about it, she did just that. Got one. For a table of 6! I had to ask her for refills of my water and I think that a patron should absolutely never have to do that.
The food itself was good. I had the Boneless Hot Wings, Garlic Parmesan Wings and Ghost Pepper Wings. All were tasty and delivered fairly quickly.
All in all, the service by Jenna gets a 1 and the food got a 3.
I’d return, but I’d ask for another server if I got Jenna.

One word: disappointing. Our waitress, Jenna, excluded the fact that we could switch wing flavors with the endless appetizers. I unknowingly ordered the mozzarella stick which were nothing worth mentioning (in a positive way) and was extremely disappointed.
She realized her mistake and let me transfer to the boneless wings. The celery sticks that came with the buffalo wings were lukewarm. I later asked for water and she said she’d «be right back» and she didn’t return with my water for approximately 37 minutes. Normally at Friday’s, the service is above par. This specific location was nothing in comparison to even McDonalds. I am extremely disappointed and will never be returning.

Always good, drinks are made well. Never order the French Onion Soup though because it’s way too strong. I could hardly eat a few bites.

I can’t begin to express how pleased I was with the service and food at this location. I usually go to the one in Owings Mills (they’re ghetto) or the 1 in towson (they’re too slow) but I happened to be in the area and tried this one.
Yes they were packed but the wait wasnt to bad only about 20 minutes. The waitress was very friendly and seemed to like her job which made our experience all the more enjoyable. The head waitress, an older lady, was amazing! She wasn’t even waiting on our table but made sure we were ok and made good conversation with us.
We ordered endless appetizers, WHICH WERE DELICIOUS, and they were just that endless. Our waitress made sure soon as we were done with 1 plate another was on its way out which none of the other 2 locations listed above do. They’ll make you wait ³⁰⁄₄₀ mins b4 they’ll come back to your table once they figure out the only thing your ordering is the appetizers.
Long story short. I think this is worth the longer drive from my home rather then the one close to me. I had absolutely no complaints. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is bc they got our bill wrong but were more then willing to fix it right away. Good job. I’m a custom for life.

Pros: The food is always amazing, my favorite is the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. The prices are great. I went here for my 21^st birthday and I’m not a big drinker. The server was so helpful and recommended so many drinks and everything they I got was so tasty you could not tell it had alcohol in it.
Cons: It is always crowded and the wait is typically 20 mins. The servers aren’t the friendliest. Food takes forever to come out it. The layout is a little awkward and the tables are close together. I’m a really big tipper and I like to see the reaction the servers show when they see how much I tip but they always look like there not happy with it. I’m talking 30+% tips usually so when my dinner comes to $ 70 and I give you $ 30 I would like to see a smile at least.

Thee absolute worst service… how are you slow when you’re not packed. 2. two bartenders. Superbowl Sunday & you’d think we were located in M&T Bank Stadium.
If it’s like this on a slow night… damn. You’ve been warned.
Couple nights prior, I had to wait 40 minutes for Boneless Wings.

Came here with a date on friday. They were packed. Our waitress was very friendly and always kept our drinks refilled.
The food however was not that good. Ordered the endless wings & fried shrimp dinner. The wings were not fully cooked. So i had to send the first order back. Also the shrimp were so deep fried that it tasted like total grease.
2^nd order of wings came out very good. But 15mins had passed in between so my date was finish and i had like 5wings. So all in all that’s a nice way to waste like $ 42 + tip…

We decided to come here for dinner after enjoying a late night movie. This was our second time coming to this location
The staff was slow and lazy. Our server was something out of a teen movie always talking to her co– workers and not doing the job she was getting paid for. We observed the bartender taking shots while fixing customers drinks.
We decided to order the ribs and a salad as a appetizer. We both agreed that was a awesome dinner. The ribs was following off the bone and the salad was nice and fresh.
If we do decide to visit this establishment again it will be before 10:00p.m. If you decide to visit this establishment for a late night meal expect to have a bad experience.
