The main reason I go to Pf Changs is for the lettuce wraps appetizer. It is absolutely delicious. My favorite is the chicken lettuce wrap, however the vegetarian lettuce wrap is my girlfriend’s favorite. Another staple here is the honey chicken or honey shrimp. They are sweet and tasty. We tried the street noodles for the first time today. They weren’t bad but the were not my favorite. The flavors weren’t super powerful, and could use a little spicing up. The banana spring roll dessert is fantastic. The service was a little slow at the start but after they figured out who was supposed to be our waiter it was excellent.

Food never blows me away. Its just ok or i deal with cause i hate sending food back. Alcoholic drinks are good but if your not into their herby eccentric cocktails, which are a bit small for 10 $ a piece, stick to what you know. I got the red sangria which was good. Crab wontons were ok. Sauce was ur norm sweet/sour sauce, filling was a bit boring. I ordered the shrimp lo mein which i took a few bites of and decided i couldn’t do it. Green onion, sweet onion, celery, and bean sprouts was way overwhelming. More then the lo mein noodles its self. I couldn’t enjoy it at all. For the first time in forever, i sent it back. A manager did come over and offer me something else or a remake and i kindly declined. Ive had better«Chinese» cuisine. I just stuck with the drinks. Best thing they had.

Ordered carry out on Sunday. Emailed corporate same day, told this location would contact me and i have yet to hear from this store. HORRIBLE food. It was cold and tasted like it sat out for too long. The noddles tasted like top ramen, if I wanted that taste I would have saved my money and paid a lot less for what I was given.

The service was top notch. The waitresses always kept our glasses full. Also the food was hot & delicious. The rice was a little cold & crumby tho. The décor of the place is very modern. They have a bar area with multiple TV’s and the bar lighting is just right. A little dark. But a bar area shouldn’t be lit up really anyway. The only downfall is the drinks are very pricey. Especially liquor. Overall a awesome place.

Not a usual pfchang restaurant. I would not recommend the white marsh location. They don’t have items listed on their menu. When I asked the manager about items not available, he said that there are many items listed on the menu that are not available in this location. I came to white marsh location at 8 pm for dinner. I think they still have the lunch cook working in the kitchen because the food portion was small. No lie. My food portion was the same as my child’s chicken portion. 17 bucks for beef 16 bucks for chicken was a big waste. I will never come to this white marsh location. I hope one of their good managers reads this and tries to fix this place and bring up to the appropiate PFChang standards. The manager they had tonight was no different than horse statue outside.

No lunch menu on weekends, so on a Saturday at lunch time, I chose egg rolls(2) and some spicy steamed and Flaming Red Wonton. All very good.

When I write reviews, I tend to wait a few days to let the entire experience sink in. In many days this helps me let the small things go and gives me the ability to focus on what’s most important. I’ve been to PF changs before and I honestly can’t really complain that much. Certainly my favorite Chinese food restaurant. I don’t venture off the menu must simply because crab wonton, lettuce wraps and fried rice with any meat or poultry is Devine. I think the food prices are fair in some ways and just a little pricey in others. Alcohol on the other hand, forget about it! $ 10 mixed drinks and $ 4 for small draft glass of domestic. It’s a shame too because this would be a awesome place to eat some apps and enjoy some drinks with the awesome west coast Chinese décor. However, that’s not the case. My other issue is that they can’t seem to turn tables quickly enough. You might understand this if you ever went to a restaurant, waited 10 minutes for a check and once it came waited another 10 minutes for the waitress to come and pick up the card. There is a happy medium between efficient timely service and not rushing the customer out too quickly and making them feel pushed. PF changs doesn’t have that figured out. Lastly, I seen two managers conversing in business issues by the hostess stand. When I’m eating my meal close to the front door, I don’t want to hear the manager arguing with a young girl about staying past her shift. Go to your office and talk about it there. So in closing, 3 star review for awesome food and great atmosphere. Needs improvement on turning tables, professionalism and some drink specials.

I went to PFC recently. I ordered the Mongolian beef with broccoli added. I was hoping that it tasted the same as it did at the downtown location. And it did! It was absolutely delicious! The beef was so tender. I kept the green onion that’s included in the original recipe, but it was so much, I had to spoon some of it to the side. I wished they had put more broccoli since I paid extra for it. I also ordered the lobster tacos as an app. I tried them at the downtown location, and they were very tasty. They were just okay this time around. Whenever I want to treat myself to some delish Mongolian beef, I’ll come back here. Sans the green onion. =)

Not as great as everyone made it seem. IDK I ordered the Changs Chicken, I was told it was Chang’s version of General Tso’s but it really wasn’t. Chicken was rubbery and there was way too much sauce and it was kinda sweet. I wasn’t expecting that. I hear the lettuce wraps are great but I won’t be going back

I’m vegan which can be an inconvenience at times and I ordered take-out veggie fried rice without eggs and I was in a small rush so when I picked it up I did not check to see if my order was correct. When I got home I saw that my order contained eggs. I was a little frustrated and hangry so I called and was referred to a manager immediately. The manager on duty Patrick was extremely understanding and professional and offered to send me gift cards which I declined and said I just wanted to come back and receive the correct order. I arrived about 10 minutes later and not only did he have my correct order but he also included the vegan lettuce wraps and the kale and quinoa dip because I had told him on the phone I was newly vegan and did not know many options. This manager was AWESOME and deserves to be commended on so many levels! He turned me into a regular and loyal customer for SURE!

Arrived at the restaurant at 4pm on a Sunday(11÷8÷2015) to a restaurant that had roughly 4 tables full of people in the main dining room section. We were quickly seated which was nice, but that is where the pleasantness stopped. We waited for about 10 minutes to be greeted by our server, before watching another couple get seated and waited on immediately all while watching servers coming in and out of the kitchen staring at us; it’s as if they were trying to decide who was going to help us. After another 10 minutes went by and we still have yet to be greeted by our server, it was at this time that my girlfriend said that she will wait for 5 more minutes before we leave if we are not waited on. Five minutes came and we left. Very disappointed in this restaurant that is supposedly a highly recommended place to eat.

Had to wait 25 mins for table that was reserved… From 8 meals for our party one came out late, one was messed up. When was remade had hair in it:(((when showed it to server she said ok, do u want anything instead… «Ok», not«sorry«…Manager took two soups out of the bill for our wait for reseved table, i am assuming he was not notified about hair in food. Overall, not good experience today…

I’ve been to this location several times, and not been disappointed with the waitstaff or food to date. PF Changs is an interesting take on the traditional Americanized«Chinese Food». It brings it up a notch above that place on the corner that you’re mildly afraid of and into the almost classy Cheesecake Factory territory. The most popular thing to try, if you’re a newcomer to the chain is the Chicken Lettuce wraps. Don’t ask me what’s in the filling, but it’s great. They bring out a plate of iceberg lettuce, and you put the filling into the lettuce yourself. They’re always happy to bring more lettuce if you ask, so don’t be afraid to do so! I’m a huge fan of the mongolian beef, which is a sweet-ish teriyaki-ish glaze over strips of tender, tasty beef with lots of scallions mixed in. Every meal comes with your choice of white or brown rice(except the noodle offerings iirc). The waiter will make a to-do about mixing a sauce for your table, but easy enough to adjust the taste yourself and I rarely use it. I’m also a big fan of the Asian Pear mojito which doesn’t taste very minty or pear-like, but it quite tasty and very consistent.

I am in love. With The Kung Pao Jicama tacos. They are my favorite item from the happy hour menu. The veggie lettuce wraps are very tasty as well. I am not a big tofu fan but these were delish! Let’s see what else(we ate quite a bit). The crab wontons, salt and pepper calamari and the chicken satay were just ok. Despite the amount of food we ordered, because most of it was on the lighter side, I didn’t feel gross. On to the drinks. I like the Red Sangria and the Organic Agave Margarita is delish. That’s all folks !!!

Went here for dinner once. The veggie lettuce wraps were good. Salmon was tasty. Service was nice but food preparation was slow. Would go back someday.

I must start off by saying I have been to this location at least thirty times and I have never been dissapointed. Everything is always tasty and the service is always great. My fiancé and mines last trip was out first with our 10mo child. They accommodated us to one of the large booths in the middle of dining room. was just perfect, and absolutely love this place. All around greatness and this place, keep it up!

This visit was nearly a total mishap. Emphasis on «nearly.» Undercooked dumplings, overcooked/over sauced noodles and dried out chicken. Fault within the kitchen. Waiter, Walt — efficient, friendly and extremely apologetic. Manager on duty — Shawn, apologetic, comped some foods & treated my party to dessert. So I’m thinking, the kitchen was just having an «off» day, which happens and since the wait staff and management seemed to truly care, this restaurant is worth a second go around. Just want to note, that there are times where we get over cooked/under cooked or simply not what we wanted cooked foods and there are times where we experience unpleasant/slow/uncaring servers and the same with management. This scenario wasn’t the case.

This was my first ever visit to a P F Chang so I did not know what to expect. The White Marsh location is open enough to host a special event or a corporate dinner. They have a mixture of booths and table seating. The décor was okay little too dark for me. On Saturdays you can still order off the reduce lunch menu as well as the dinner menu. I had a hard time deciding on an entrée. Chang’s BBQ Spare Ribs had me do a double take… tangy sauce. I’m have some time for that! Keeping with the tangy vibe I chose the Chang’s Spicy Chicken with chili sauce. The portions was just right. The best drink ever is the Pineapple Mai Tai, it is the truth with a punch of rum my belly was happy. The drink sneaks up on you and later you are out like a light. I ordered the kid’s chicken lo mein for my 2 year old granddaughter. I really like that they have the trainer chop sticks for the children to learn how to use. My granddaughter had fun using the red trainer chop stick to eat her meal. She know thinks she is a pro. P F Chang service is slow paced I don’t recommend coming here staving as you will eat your napkin.

Service was good, food not so much. Lemongrass wrap was soggy and did not taste good at all. Vegetable dumplings were bland. Spring rolls were drenched in oil. Dan dan noodles were soooggy; it tasted like they used over boiled packaged ramen noodles. Will not be coming back.
