I either go to this payless or the one in North Olmsted, rarely the one at the mall. I went today and they had a large selection of boots, heels, and flats. They were all priced $ 25 – 40 which for payless is kind of high. But I guess that is what you will pay anywhere now. It’s a decent sized shoe store, nothing huge, but I like the setup.
