I typically only leave reviews when I have super experiences(love to give 5 stars) but thought since this is a home health provider(and that is really critical) I might share my experience. Hired caregiver for 2 days to care for spouse(had had eye surgery) while I was away on business. First day was absolutely perfect. Second day, worker didnt show and a substitute that I had not met and hadnt given instructions to showed up. At least there was a warm body there but meds didnt get taken and errands didnt get run. My spouse has Alzheimers and not able to fend for himself. I understand employees not showing up for work but with a brief, critical assignment(and me out of town) this was extremely disappointing. No one called me during the day to follow up to let me know how the sub was getting on, no one called with questions, no one called to apologize for the goof.

About 7 weeks ago I had foot surgery and was laid up for a while. Ughhh! I’m only 33 and a very active gal– I run my own business and usually have tons of balls in the air so being stuck at home and not able to live my normal life really sucked! I needed help with things around my house like laundry, straightening up after my messy husband, feeding my cats, etc. and nearly all the companies I called weren’t able to help me since I wasn’t a senior citizen and I was not a Medi-Care recipient. Crazy, I know! But… when I called Right at Home, Edwin was more then willing to take me on as a client and didn’t have a problem with my needs. Right at Home’s service was just what I needed! I didn’t really need a nurse, I just needed help with my silly house chores that I couldn’t do on my own. Their help was worth every penny! My house was spotless, my dishes were clean, my belly was full from the lunch they fed me and my dogs were able to get a few pets too. They did great work and will do the same for you!
