We ordered for delivery and the guy that took my order had a hard time inputting my order down and it got a bit confusing for a min. It took quite some time over the phone to get my order in. I was told delivery would be about 45 mins but it actually came a little sooner then that. We ordered a medium pizza with some hush puppies. When the delivery guy came he gave us our food but didn’t give us any parmesan cheese or chili peppers so I asked him for some he went to his car to grab some came back with 3 parmesan cheese and 1 chili pepper I said«uhhh this isn’t going to be enough we need more then this» so he goes back to his car and grabs like 3 more parmesan and 2 chili peppers and asked if thats enough, no it’s not enough but I didn’t want him going back and fourth so I said it’s fine. We got delivery from this spot because of the good reviews but we sure were fooled. What we got was what seems to be like a really old pizza, like a few days old. It was dry and overcooked, the pepperoni was crispy like some crispy bacon. I don’t know about you guys but I like my pepperoni greasy and soft. It has got to be 1 of the worse pizza I ever had in my life. The $ 10 pizza at costco tastes way better, even the frozen ones you get at the grocery store is better. The hush puppies seems old too and not tasty. I told my hubby«This shit is not worth $ 30(includes $ 5 tip) I’d rather have the $ 10 costco pizza, taste better then this shit». I was very disappointed. This 1 star is for the delivery which was pretty fast but the food is 0 stars to me.

Pizza is okay. Love the whole/mini pepperonis. Cheese is good, butter crust is decent, love the egg rolls! But seriously guys! Have some set hours! We used to order all the time when they were open until 1. And now all of a sudden they’re open til midnight one day, 10:30 another, 11:15 another… I get a different answer each time I call and heaven help me if the order we get is totally screwed up because lots of times they don’t answer at all. I almost feel it’s degrading to call them for pizza given how they have treated us over the past X # of months. At least change your menus and website to reflect that you are NOT open until 1am! Lies. Hurtful hurtful lies.

Really great pizza. Delicious boneless wings. The meats were great quality and tastes delicious! Crust was also very good. Sauce was average. Size was a little below average. For the price, I wouldn’t come back again. If they have deals for cheaper pizza and wings I would! Just need a better price for the amount and quality of pizza given. Very friendly and nice on the phone.

I called to place an order for pick up and the person that helped me was super nice. My food was ready fast and the pizza was pretty good, much better than a lot of places I’ve tried since moving here. Also, I ordered a small salad and it was really big; definitely enough for two to share.

Though the pizza is solid(at-best) and they have great late night hours, I have to strongly warn you against getting any pizza delivered from here. It took them 20 minutes to take a 2 small pizza order over the phone, then when it finally arrived it was noticeably burnt on the top and black on the bottom. When I tried to call back the store had already closed and so I threw the pizza out so it wouldn’t stink up my apartment. Today when I got home from work and was able to call them I was told by their manager that he wouldn’t offer me a discount on a future purchase and the only thing I could do was to dig the pizza out of my dumpster and bring it in so I could get a refund. When I asked him why he would want to send a customer dumpster diving to grab a day old pizza he said that it was policy. They have lost my business for good.

I like that the pizza is tasty and there are such a good variety of options. As far as the food goes I have no complaints and I’d say you could do much worse(Pizza Hut). What I do have an issue with is the cleanliness of the front of the store. I had to wait a few minutes for my food once and couldn’t help but notice the counter area, which I will present without further comment.

The«original crust» is a hand tossed dough that ends up thinner than Pan pizza by just a little bit. The herbs on it are great though and the sauce is decent. The little pepperoni’s they used end up crisp and tasty. Good amount of cheese but not an overly cheesy pizza if that is what you’re after. All in all it isn’t the best pizza I have ever had but better than a chain pizza. Not sure in delivery as I just stopped in, ordered and waited 20 minutes.

I don’t know what they put in the crust to make it paradise, but I’m hooked. Plus the staff is always friendly.

I’m updating my review. I think that this is hands down the best pizza in Austin. It’s possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had. Period. You guys are amazing, and I mourn the fact that I’m not living close enough for delivery! I’ll have to drop by soon for a pick up!

Ordered an XL Pesto Delight(for two people… because the boyfriend and I are all about value and leftovers…) over the phone and it was ready in about half an hour. The cashier was friendly and the pizza was ready when we arrived. Woohoo! The pizza had a good amount and spread of toppings. It didn’t seem very pesto-y though; I generally prefer my pizzas to have more sauce, but it seemed like I had some bites lacking it or it just wasn’t very flavorful. The pizza was fairly heavy on the cheese without being overwhelming and otherwise tasted pretty decent. The base seemed to hold together pretty well and the garlic butter parmesan crust was good, but not the most flavorful I’ve ever had. Overall, I’d say the pizza was not bad, but it didn’t leave a particularly strong impression. I would be open to trying a different pizza from here at some point to give it another shot.

Just ordered from Pizza Paradise for the first time and I’m impressed. Totally reasonable price, fast delivery and cheese with a little char. Perfect. Definitely ordering again.

If you are a fan of really doughy, chewy, buttery crust, you will definitely dig this pizza. The prices are pretty reasonable. My husband and I can get one pizza for about 15 dollars and it’s so heavy it takes us a couple of days to finish it. Tons of toppings, all cute and bite-sized for my liking. So, I really like this place, but there is one caveat. Their sausage is a complete abomination. Seriously, it looks like, well nevermind what it looks like. It’s just really unappealing. Unless you’re into that sort of thing. I mean, maybe you are. I’m not here to tell you your business.

Best pizza I’ve had in awhile an the prices are fair to. Don’t waste your time with any other place. Paradise pizza is where it’s at.

«Grab-n-go» is certainly a misnomer. I sat in the uncomfortable chairs in front of the cash register for 10 minutes waiting for my «grab-n-go,» which I only got because they said a custom pizza would take 15 minutes to be ready. Shoulda coulda woulda gotten a custom pizza if I’d known. It tasted like a step up from Pizza Hut, honestly. I like that they use tiny pepperonis so you get one in each bite without pulling the slice of meat off your slice of pizza when you bite into it. The crust was thick and chewy and was greatly improved upon by keeping it in the fridge overnight and reheating it in the toaster oven the next day. Pizza should be great fresh and almost as good as leftovers. Not«just decent» fresh and«I can eat this» as leftovers.

I have been meaning to write this for a while. You know, we just get busy… I love this place. I feel it is as good as it gets for what it offers. They deliver free to where I live and are so cool about it. I have made mistakes of calling there around 7 pm… then, I wonder why it just rings… well, it I busy, that is why. Duh. I understand why, now. The man working there all of the time is super cool.(With the brown hair and ball cap.) The garlic butter parmesan crust is the way to go with either the thin or thick crust. They let you forever re-use the coupons. My friend told me to try here and I am so glad she did. I love their topping ideas. The garlic bread is nice however the cinnamon sticks are delicious to me. I am really bad sometimes and place chocolate chips across the hot sticks and oh yeah… it is pretty fantastic… The pepperonis are little and curl up just like everyone says. They are not super strong in flavor, which I really like! I usually don’t do meat but these pepperonis are nice and don’t provide me with heartburn like some other meats in general do. That may be TMI, but it is nice to know you can enjoy it if you are sensitive to stronger spices associated with pizza and seasonings, if that makes sense. It does not lack in flavor. They do not skimp on toppings, either. I always look forward to a night of Pizza Paradise. I suggest you try it. I love that it is located near a gym and a convenient store. How convenient. I usually get the deal of the large with the cinnamon sticks and it is worth it and can easily feed up to 3 or 4 people. :)

So we ordered a pepperoni pizza to go, figuring we’d try somewhere new. After paying almost $ 20 for a pizza, we got home to find we only really had 5 edible slices of pizza, as for some unexplained reason, 3 slices didn’t have cheese, toppings, sauce, or anything(see picture — that is what it looked like when we opened the box). I have no idea what caused it, but we got nothing in the form of making it right, other than a «sorry about that.» I was told the manager would call back(since he was«out») but of course he never did. Guess we’ll have to find a different pizza joint.

HOLYCOW!!! The garlic parmesean crust is INSANE! I ordered a pizza based on the Unilocal reviews and it being convenient to the hospital where I was visiting someone. I didn’t have high expectations, but was blown away. The crust is not what you expect. It’s about half-way to a deep-dish pizza, with this crazy, thick hunk of delicious crust at the end. The cheese is tasty and the pepperoni is thick enough that it curls up like a little bowl. Someone else noted that this makes it easy to dab the grease off, and they are right! Prices are cheap, it’s not an eat-in place, but definitely worth a try when looking for a change of pace in pizzas.
