Receipt was correct order was not. Called to fix and asked for management 3 times. Instead all I got was a kid saying«ummm» Never spoke to manager as requested and after many attempts at making kid on other end understand they finally sent my pizza that was wrong

Wow can’t believe that this is Pizza Hut. I have been a Pizza Hut fan since I was little and never had on issue. But this Pizza Hut has ruined that. First time the order was incorrect and when I called back it turns out the issue was the young lady didn’t hear I wanted meat on it. Ok. So I get them to remake it and this time they got it right but the onion are raw on it. It was like they forgot it at the last moment and just throw it on. I will not ever order from this location.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. The customer service sucks and the manager Nicole is worst, she is very short, rude, and always have a smart comment to say. They messed up my order and she argued with me that they didn’t, after hearing her rude comments she said that next time we order they would pay for he meal. So we ordered again trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves but that didn’t happen she argued with me once again saying that I was wrong and I must not remember what I ordered last time because that was not it, after trying to explain to her that I have the receipt and I took a picture and have my confirmation order number of what I ordered last time she still insisted that I was a liar. After getting frustrated I just hung up. I will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again.

I was in a hurry when I picked up this gluten free pizza from Pizza Hut today, but when the guy opened the box and quickly flashed the pizza to me, I didn’t notice that there was about barely any pineapple on my pepperoni and pineapple pizza, and that it was also burnt to hell. Thanks for making being gluten free suck more than it already does if you can’t even give me a pizza that isn’t burnt. ***As an update, my boyfriend called Pizza Hut when he got home and told the manager what had happened. The manager, Dwayne, was very apologetic and told us he would make another. He made another that was perfect and he was as kind as could be. I appreciate him taking the time to fix the pizza and am impressed with how it was handled.

P reordered online. Paid with my card waited til 15 minutes after the future delivery time and called. They said they sent an «older» delivery driver who was lost for over an hour. I was not able to eat lunch and was told that can’t refund my money. If I could give negative stars I would. The asst manager Gloria was not trained properly and has zero people skills just kept saying no I can’t do that and I’m not sure. Customer service 101 don’t ever say you don’t know and don’t tell a customer you can’t do something like refund the money I was charged on my card for the pizza I never received. Checked my bank account and the charge is still there. I will be 1 pissed off customer if this doesn’t get resolved.

This place is a joke. Don’t order from them. Obviously I’m not the only one who feels this way. Read the other reviews. Customer service is the worst ever. They still owe me a partial refund for overcharging me, they promised to send it and still haven’t received it. Can’t get the manager on the phone, ever. Never again will I order food from Pizza Hut.

Issues: Order was not correct Pizza poorly made :( Forgot our family drinks Called to resolve issues… Took 3 calls(was hung up on first call and 2nd call dropped for some strange reason) 3rd call I was give a $ 10 credit because I’d have to wait another 30 – 45 minutes for the delivery of our drinks. Positives: The cookie is awesome! Resolution: took the $ 10, ate the crap pizza after having to cook it longer :( And will NEVERORDERFROMTHEREEVERAGAIN! I am not a big believer in relying on Unilocal for surviving the world we live in but I will say in the case of this experience I’d have to heed the warning.

GROSS. The pizza was extremely greasy and uncooked to the point where it was floppy and all the toppings fell off. You can see how undone it is by noting the very pale crust and soft pineapple veggies. Their halves are missing because I’m currently cooking them in my oven at home. Wtf this is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Never again !!!

The manager at this location«Terry» is very rude. I called in yesterday and ordered two pizza’s. Called back in less then a minute later to add wings. I gave them adequate time to add the wings to the order before I went to pick it up. I arrive and Terry tells me that they made my wings wrong. I ask«well how wrong did they make them cuz depending on the error I might still take them»(my kids were hungry, I was in a hurry). She would not tell me what was wrong with them. Which in my eyes means they did not make them… She tells me it will be 10 minutes to «fix» them. I wait at least 15 minutes and ask for them. I get the complete wrong wings. The sauce was right but the style was wrong. At this point I am no Longer waiting for these wings. I advise her that I will not wait any longer and just return my money to me. You would think with all these mix ups she would have been apologetic or had just a little bit more compassion that they screwed up. She has absolutely NO customer service skills and is completely wrong for a «management» position!!! Will not be returning to this location EVER!!! Oh and by the time I got my pizza home with this whole mess it was cold… We still ate it but still that’s not what you expect when you order pizza AND wings!!!

This is the 2cnd time in 1 month I’ve had a bad experience since moving to Cedar Park, same manager always fixes things but they have the worst drivers in town, each time I have been promised a pizza in 30mins it’s TAKEOVERANDHOUR, then at the half hour mark I Call the store AGAIN, to see where my pizza is at this point it’s free AGAIN, I don’t care about free PIZZA, I care about customer service and when I have people at my house hungry and they say 30 mins, then 15 – 20 then it’s after and hour later still no MEAL, I’m over it, DOMINOS, or anything else at this point, I never used to get this bad of service when I lived here few years ago. Sucks because there my fav pizza but I’m so turned off at this point there’s no going back. Btw I’m sitting on my doorstep waiting still for pizza and hour and 10 minutes lated, if my pizza shows up cold, I’m calling the corporate office.

Very slow delivery, always over estimated times and this time they forgot our drink, gave us an ETA of 20 minutes and we are still waiting on our drink almost 35 minutes later. Called for an ETA and they couldn’t even provide on. Disappointing and won’t be ordering from there again.

I normally order from this location… delivery. Haven’t been impressed with the quality of the food lately. Ordered some cheese sticks today and they were practically burnt and hard. Would have been nice if employees would have taken the time to notice the quality before sending the order out for delivery.

When I called to order pizza to give this location another shot(the first time they delivered to us the pizza was cold and 45 minutes later than quoted), I was shocked to hear a 2 hour delivery time. The manager had originally given is credit for a pizza based on messing up on the original delivery, but I was told she was«too busy» to deal with my «issue» so they wouldn’t honor the credit. When asked if I could talk to the manager, I was told«honestly she has too much going on so no.» Worst customer service ever.

If you want your pizza to take an hour and a half to be delivered, this is the right place. I ordered over $ 30 in pizza from them on the 20th of last month, and I had to wait over an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive. I waited until the time that the website listed as the expected time of delivery where it says, in fact«Your order will be delivered on June 20 at 3:34pm» when my order was placed, which was 3:04pm. I had to be at work at 5pm. So of course I got a little concerned when the clock struck 4, and still no pizza. I called them, figuring that maybe there was some plausible explanation. What I got was a cold, bitter response from the girl named TERI(or TERRY or however she spells it) who flat out told me that the delivery time was different than what the website said, and there was nothing she could do about it and made it seem like ‘tough luck dude, this is just how stuff runs here sometimes, so get over it’ — kind of tone to her voice. A. I’m the customer, i’m paying money. I’m the reason you have a job. IFNOONEBOUGHTYOURPIZZAS, YOUWOULDN’T HAVE A JOB, so don’t give me your tone. Yes I was not pleased for the time it was taking, AND the misleading times on the order confirmation online, which I felt was not unreasonable of me, considering. I said I’d be calling back if it didn’t show up. It finally did show up right when I was calling to cancel my order, so as soon as TERI gets back on the phone with me I told her the driver was JUSTARRIVING, and I said it was ridiculous, I even said it was BULLS**T, and that was merely just me stating a fact, yet TERI was so inclined to iterate that SHE didn’t APPRECIATEMYLANGUAGE. The GAUL. If she doesn’t get fired, she deserves to keep working there, and Pizza Hut corporate deserves people like her, because the quality all around has been terrible, and getting a refund for it was like pulling teeth. She wanted to give me a credit toward my NEXT order since it finally showed up(lukewarm and gross). Well, there will never be a next order because these guys suck. Papa Johns is much better and there is usually a more convenient one nearby anyway with employees who actually know what they’re doing. Don’t ever order from them, unless you want the lowest quality of Pizza Hut, which is like saying you’d choose Nickelback or Creed out of all the bad rock music from the 2000’s.(And if you don’t find those bands reprehensible, you’ve got bigger problems) ZEROSTARS even though that’s not an option. Especially since I still haven’t seen that refund they told me I would receive.

Never, never again… That’s what I told myself over 6 months ago when I was so fed up with this Pizza Hut location getting orders wrong and/or serving undercooked soggy dough. Because it is close to our house, I gave it another shot today. Placed an order online, showed up at the time it was to be ready, and paid(plus a tip!). I was told it would be a couple more minutes and waited out by the counter. The lady disappears. I wait. There is plenty of joking around in the kitchen. I wait. No one comes back to the counter for 15 minutes When someone(different) comes back to the counter, she reaches into the warmer and grabs a box that I had been staring at the whole time. Yep, it was my order. Never again… Go the extra block and pick up a Papa Murphy’s.

I am ashamed that I forgot about Pizza Hut from my younger days gone by. Only recently have I started enjoying them again. For take-n-bake, Pappa Murphys hands down. For taste & affordability, Little Cesars when you need to feed many kids. For overall great taste and variety: PIZZAHUTFTW!(for the win) I appreciate the sauce and the crusts and the online ordering ease for a neighborhood pick up spot. I will add this: I really LOVE the Garlic & Parmesan Boneless Bites. who cares if they are healthy or not, they are GREAT, If you are looking for«better deals» on card board. order Pappa Johns or Dominoes. but if you are looking for some goood, fresh, hot pizza with flavor and side items. Go Pizza Hut for a national chain type of place. (yes, I know there are many little kitchy places that make great pizza, but here is where I go when I want it in 15 mins and a little driving time)

I never thought I would write a review for a chain, but my experience here was so ridiculous I felt compelled. Usually we order pizza from local places, but I am 9 months pregnant and easily succumb to marketing… I saw the Big Box deal and decided I must have it. Trying to order through the app was useless, it wouldn’t work halfway through. So then I just decided to call. The teenager on the phone was getting poked by another employee during the ordering process so she kept giggling and talking to someone else the whole time. whatever, I can deal with that. but it took her like 3 tries to get my address right. When she told me it would be an hour and half for delivery I told her i would just come pick it up. when i went to pick up the pizza, i felt like i was getting Punk’d. No one was at the counter when i arrived. when someone finally walked up, presumably the teen who took my ill-fated order, she looked at my blankly and said nothing… yea, not even«hi, be right with you.» the place is completely deserted mind you. when after another 5 minutes the ONE person who can work the register walks up she acts clueless. Thankfully my order was there and not delivered. I checked my bank account this morning and I was charged twice from Pizza Hut. I guess they ran my card for delivery and re-ran it for the pick-up. I’m sure it will be a pleasant experience getting them to figure that out…
