Got hungry during shopping with the kids. First the ice cream machine has been broken for weeks. All three of the kids meals were missing drinks and had the wrong side. The ketchup and ketchup cups were empty. The dining room was covered in food top to bottom. The kitchen looked just as filthy. It took 20 minutes to get our food and all the while the only two employees were on their cell phones and eating and drinking behind the counter. This was a disgusting experience. I felt like taking a shower afterwards.

The absolute worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. We don’t eat fast food very often, but the kids were hungry while we were shopping with family, and so we caved in to the glow of the golden arches. There was one person in line before us… it was during lunch time(this should have been a warning). What we ordered: 2 Happy Meals, 1 plain/dry hamburger, 1 ketchup only hamburger. They were out of BOTH healthy sides, so the only option was double fries. Both kids wanted apple juice. The adults ordered an oatmeal cookie and two drinks. The cashier repeated«oatmeal cookie» as she rang up the order. What we got: Both Happy Meals were missing the drink and one was missing the fries. A mustard only hamburger instead of ketchup only. 1 girl and 1 boy toy even though both my boys have buzz cuts and were wearing stereotypical«boy» clothing. Oatmeal instead of oatmeal COOKIE. The only thing right was the drinks and that’s because we made them ourselves. This all resulted in several back and forth trips to the counter, and a crying toddler because I didn’t notice his hamburger had mustard instead of ketchup until we sorted out the rest of the order and had already cut it up for him. To be fair, the staff was polite each time I went back up and refunded us for the oatmeal we didn’t order. They offered us 3 oatmeal cookies free of charge, which would have been a nice gesture had they not been RAW. No, I did not feel like going back up to the counter for a fifth time.
