This place is horrible. I was sucked into their shady contract like so many others. Every time I went there to tan somebody was in there complaining about their shady billing practices. I submitted written notice TWICE cancelling my membership. After they continued to bill my card for 2 more months I let my credit card company handle it. They then proceeded to turn me over to collections stating that I had never given them sufficient notice. Luckily I had sent the notices certified mail and those losers could not argue it. Stick to a local place. They may not have the latest and greatest tanning beds but at least they won’t try to «burn» you! ZERO stars!

So I am new to the whole tanning scene, like brand spanking new! While I can definitely say their prices seem a little high to me, the service has been great! I am very fair skinned. I wouldn’t say that I burn super easily, but I do burn probably easier than most. Linsey has been really helpful on my visits recommending which beds to use and for how long. She always checks to make sure that I enjoyed my visit and makes sure that I’m not«turning pink» before I go, well pinker than I already am… When I first came in I had a coupon for a free week which she extended out for a month for me so I could try out various beds. She gave me a tour and explained all the different types of uv light and features of all the beds. The associates do try to recommend products when you come in and they will also check to see if you want to upgrade your 6 month membership to a year. I haven’t noticed them to be too pushy about this though. It’s a retail environment you have to be ready for at least a little bit of that! :-) I’d recommend them if you plan on tanning on a consistent basis.
