Moved here about 2 months ago and joined right away. Was at palm Beach tan in Las Vegas and this place is so much better! Love the spray tan *** editing review from 5 to 3. I guess they closed without telling anyone! I usually walk. But now I’m trying to cancel but no one answers their phone. Corporate is even worse! The phone # listed doesn’t work anymore! Very disappointed

Terrible business practices, fraudulent credit card charges. Cancelled my membership at the store, only to be billed for another month 2 weeks later. Called customer service and they said that the membership had not been cancelled and that they would not refund my money. Filed a complaint with the BBB, there were 98 other complaints about this, so apparently this standard operating procedure for them.

Had a year long membership — definately got the unlimited spray tans I paid for, alongside (cumulatively) hours taken off of my life repeatedly telling the salespeople «I am GOOD on the lotions. I really am GOOD.» I know two different people that eventually had to get attorneys involved b/​c of their checking accounts continually being debited even after showing documents of proof to their headquarters that they had cancelled within the guidelines. I referred 6 people there for memberships too. Ooops.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I had a year long membership that was done in December. They have now charged me for January & February & do not give refunds or are helpful in any way. I even called their 800 number! Now I’m out $ 148 not to mention when I did go all they do is ask you to buy something EVERY TIME I checked in!!! Awful high pressure sales!

The only reason I gave this store 2 stars is because the beds are nice. However, I have many negatives about this business as a whole. It is all about high pressured sales. The salesperson only mentioned the top of the line package and never mentioned how difficult it would be to cancel. This business is stuck in an analog world. In order to cancel, I had to write a letter and send it to the corporate office via snail mail. Talk about jumping through hoops. I own a franchise and we would never treat our customers this way. I will never go back to this business and I will tell everyone I know not to use At the Beach.

Nice beds. Clean facility.
My only negative feedback is I don’t like the tanning packages. I wish they sold packages of minutes since the only time I tan is before vacation. It sucks having to pay $ 60 for a full month and only use it for 2 weeks.
