This is your standard fast and good Japanese hibachi spot. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki platter with noodles instead of the rice which is a dollar more. This platter, like any other, comes with vegetables(cabbages and like 3 broccolis’.), rice/noodles, and chicken. Everything tasted solid, so can’t complain!

Way better than expected! The dude and I were looking for a quick snack before hitting up the comedy show and went with a mini-chicken plate to share. I had low expectations, as I normally do with these style places, and was pleasantly surprised. We opted for the extra buck noodles, and it was well worth it. The chicken was moist and plentiful, but the vegetables left something to be desired — the vegetables are pretty much only cabbage and one snow pea. With tax, the plate plus the $ 1 noodles was almost $ 8, but still isn’t going to break the bank, especially if you are gambling at the beloved Borgata. Bonus, the meal is prepared after you order. Make it rain, hibachi style.

I first went here 6 years ago. The guy was with was secretly thrilled I am sure when I turned down every offer for a high-end restaurant(what was I, nuts??) to come to this place for their hibachi chicken after having a few drinks upstairs. Back then it was absolutely delicious! And cheap! My recent return trip the chicken was dry and just not as good. :( I hope it gets better again. I’m willing to give it another shot my next visit!

This is a great option for inexpensive lunch or dinner. Food is cooked to order, quick, and very very tasty. Everything is «real» ingredients: fresh vegetables, meat, spices. Nothing is super greasy or overcooked. Service came with a smile(more than I can say for some of the other food places in the Borgata cafeteria. I am looking at you, FatBurger), Overall, a good way to avoid the very expensive options on the casino floor. Not the widest selection(chicken, beef, pork over rice or noodles), so I reluctantly took off one star because what they have is very good.

I absolutely loved the chicken teriyaki at this joint. Very flavorful chicken and I have been craving for teriyaki chicken made this way for a very long time. The prices here are very reasonable and they give you a pretty decent sized portion which wioull keep you full for a long time. You can even add $ 1.79 to get double the amount of meat. My friend had the eel over rice special which was just OK. It was just eel from the freezer that was reheated in the toaster oven. I would recommend coming here for a quick bite if you’re at the Borgata and also on a tight budget.

I love Borgata. I love the cafeteria. Its fresh and modern and always clean or even being cleaned as we enjoy! Hibachi-san has fresh and tasty food. The meat is prepared after you order. It’s never sitting there. You actually get to watch him make it! I’ve had the beef, chicken and shrimp. The chicken is my fave. You can pick rice, fried rice or noodles. they are all yummy. It’s a matter of do you feel like noodles or rice. They also give you a large portion of cabbage and veggies with your meal. With a drink this delish meal is under ten bucks! I have never managed to finish it either! A definite win!
