I used to hit up this place on occasion because of the early week special. They did away with it, now there’s not much reason to visit. Fries are decent, wings are mediocre at best. There’s an extra charge if you want ranch or blue cheese dressing(at least with the boneless wings). Never heard of charging extra for dressing to go with wings. Skip this place, there are better wings to be had in 30308.

I visited this Location yesterday for the Very First time. I was Very upset by the Service I received while I was there. I bought 10 Peace Wings had it split with 2 different Sauce the way I wanted. Got my Food after waiting for 20 min. While Eating my wings decided to get up to get a refill of my Coke turn around to head back to my Seat my Food was been Pick up by One of there Employees to Trow Away. Ask to Speak to the Manager Was told by the Cashier that the Mgr Said he was too Busy to come out to Speak to me about what had Occurred. My Opinion this is One of the Worst Wing Establishment I’ve ever Visited. Warning be Careful if U visit this Place. They are there to Relieve u of your Hard Earn Money. Imagine how I feel to be Treated like this.

I had a horrible experience here. I thought I ordered a boneless chicken nugget and found later when I bit into it it was some sort of jelly rubberish substance. I was horrified. I quickly called the location only to be told that there was nothing they could do. Therefore, I called the corporate office and was told that they couldn’t do anything because this location was privately owned. I was livid to say the lease. I decided that next time I want to spend my money it won’t be at Wingstop. By the way I posted a video on YouTube showing the chicken… You be the judge…

Awesome wings. The Louisiana rub is my favorite. Quality has never been a problem. Wish they delivered. Their ranch dip is some of the best I have ever tasted… I always order extra!

Disgusting. Only visited this place once and never returned. Ordered the atomic wing combo and they tasted horrible. I understand hot, but these reeked of feces which didn’t add to the spice at all. Don’t know what was going on, but this is the last place on my list when it comes to wings now. What good is it to open a wing chain like this if the quality is lacking. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else. The service was horrible also, they refused to turn on the game and treated me like I wasn’t supposed to eat their.

Who under cooks hotwings and fries??? Even if I tell them to fry my fries harder and fry my wings harder, they still come out soggy gross. Their boneless wings are fried to perfection, so this is what I get instead of the bone in. But sometimes you just want bone-in. I love their buffalo sauce… good stuff, now get the rest together will ya! I’ll stick with JR Crickets for bone-in and fries and just use this place for boneless.

I went to this place last night for a second time and was wholly unimpressed. The wings are very small and the service I received was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The server literally forgot to place my order. Then once it was figured out I had to wait another 30 minutes for my teeny, tiny overcooked wings to arrive. There are plenty of other wing places out there with much better quality and service.

The wings for our super bowl party were awfully terrible. Bland taste. This was 1st time ever ordering wings. It will be first and last time!!! 2 thumbs down

They are good for fast food wings. It doesn’t compare to old deep fried chicken from the kitchen. I visited from Pittsburgh and I crushed 10 wings by myself in about 15 minutes. I’ll definitely go back.

Tried the Louisiana rub and the lemon pepper wings. It was to-go order. The location was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. The order took a bit of time since we did not call our order in. It was a Sunday night. The wings were worth the wait though. I will have to start getting more than an order of 10 wings. Definitely will be back. My only complaint is that the fries were too salty for me.

Meh, I’ve experienced better is a perfect articulation of this place. I went to get wings on New Years Eve. I’ll grant that that is one of the busiest times of the year for a Wing Place, particularly with the Peach Bowl in town featuring two highly ranked out of town teams. But the wings were undercooked — not like kill you undercooked but like not crispy undercooked and that ruined the experience for a place that is primarily a wing place. I ordered a 10 piece buffalo wing, with the bone. It took forever to come out and it was not at all clear when I would get this little order. In fairness, there were folks who had ordered wings into the hundreds. However, when I went to eat the wings, they were soft on the outside. That’s concerning, given that wings are fried food. The taste wasn’t there and that’s a problem, given that the Publix serves excellent fried chicken. Plus there are no shortage of BBQ Wing places in Atlanta. JR Crickets and Jamal’s on Northside, just to name a couple. So there’s no excuse for bad wings. The ambiance is about what you would expect. It’s a place to carry out and I couldn’t see sitting in to eat. If I try it again, it will only be because the rare panging for Buffalo Wings hit me and I am not willing to travel to Jamals or JR Crickets. Until they figure this location out, I’d recommend either of those places for better food.

This location has the rudest most unprofessional employees ever. Total disappointment. Food is good but who cares when the service is sub par!

I’ve always loved WingStop but this location was absolutely horrible! The service was extremely poor and when I ordered seasoned fries I received oily fries with no seasoning… totally disappointed. The location in Roswell is soo much better… the service is great and the food is top notch.

There’s been a steady stream of business since Wing Stop opened in the Publix shopping center at Piedmont and North Ave. I figured it was time to check them out and since I’ve never tried a boneless wing figured it was time to check that out, too. Really? This is what passes for a boneless wing? They weren’t shaped like wings and looked more like a plump oversized chicken nugget or a chicken tender that’d been cut in thirds. It seemed gimmicky and I was somewhat disappointed. As odd as boneless wings sound, they were pretty tasty, cooked to order and served hot with a pile of steaming hot French fries. I was pretty impressed with the quality and freshness. I’ll definitely return, but next time I’ll steer clear of the boneless wings and stick to classic wings. With 11 different flavors I’m sure to find one I like.

I wing stop, but this one needs to step their game up! This is my second visit so I feel like I can say that they are consistent in their mediocrity. My fries are hardly seasoned and soggy. So not in line with what I am used to getting at a wing stop. And they have a funny taste to them. I definitely won’t be back. The girl who took my order and checked me out was very nice but the guys they have cooking was so busy socializing that they couldn’t do their job and prepare the food the proper way. No Bueno!

I have always loved Wingstop wings and give the franchise 5 stars, however, the service and time it took to get our food caused this location to lose a star. They pride themselves on being able to say exactly how many minutes it will take for your food to be done. For us, we were told in 14 minutes we’d have food, but in reality we didn’t get our food until 20+ minutes after we ordered. My friends food was placed in a to go container and just left on the pick-up rack until she went and inquired about it. The manager did allow us to get more than the 2 flavor maximum which was nice, but I’d rather have my food quicker than the additional flavors. I’ll definitely go back because I love Wingstop! SN: Be careful pulling around the side of the restaurant. There were a few homeless people just sitting on the side walk and in the grass.

Just returned tonight. Got the awesome fries and boneless wings. Customer service was great as usual. Had to bump them up to 5*. Delicioso!
