Been here before– Service lacked on the floor then so I grabbed a seat at the bar and was pleasantly surprised. Shaun and chubs are great! Fun, friendly atmosphere up here. You can tell they have return customers with them, which speaks a lot for a place. Also attentive service was great as I’ve been in this business for close to 15 years and that lacks more and more these days. Food came out fast and hot too! I will continue to sit at the bar from here on out! Would give five stars if Bdubs would put less breading on their wings again. They used to be able to just eat them but now you have to work around a thick breading and sometimes you get no meat. :(bring back the good wings Bdubs!

Hot food with great service. Stopped in here on a Monday afternoon and was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Lots of TVs up playing different sports stations. Bartender was super friendly and my server was timely and attentive. Honestly made the headache of this airport a lot less stressful.

My first time at Buffalo Wild Wings was a bust. My Atlanta airport layover coincided with the super bowl. We ordered mozzarella sticks which were good, chicken caesar salad which was pretty sad and a large order of wings. The hot BBQ was too spicy for the people who ate it. Lemon pepper was ok, but dry. Asian zing was fine. Parmesan garlic was probably the best, but still not so satisfying. We ordered boneless and they brought bone in. They were too busy to come by to refill waters. They split the check in two, but gave us two copies of the same check. It was a mess. Lots of TVs, loud environment and sub-par wings. Wing Stop is better.

First off food wise it’s a Buffalo Wild Wings, so the menu is pretty standard. They have a nice selection of beers pretty much something for any palate. The food was Ok seems like it takes a long time to get time and it’s rarely hot just kind of warm. But the service. If the food was better they would get a higher score. Because the service is always good and the upbeat atmosphere is refreshing on a trip. I give 5 stars to the employees there.

I was a bit worried from reading less than desirable reviews for this BWW location. A lot of the complaints are it takes too long to receive the food and I can vouch for that… it does take a while. This place is in an airport so if anything it should be the fastest Buffalo Wild Wings location, but I digress. I ordered a Caesar Salad and my boyfriend ordered 4 naked chicken tenders. It took at least 35 minutes. Luckily we had a little extra time buffer. The waiter kept telling us it should be out shortly, but it was definitely not out shortly. The prices were on point with other locations, they don’t jack up the prices because it’s in the airport. The food was also up to par with any BWW. Always good.

They do a great job getting you in to sir down. Getting your food and drinks to you. So you even have a enough time to enjoy a game. What I like was they keep the place clean.

Carla was absolutely amazing!!! I can not wait to travel through ATL again to visit her! I have been in Alabama and Georgia for a week and she was by far the best server I have had! Mad props BWWATL airport! Terminal D!

Sat down here with about 80 minutes before departure and put in an order. The restaurant was about 80% full on a Sunday evening(although most of the tables had food so I imagine the kitchen wasn’t slammed). About 50 minutes before departure, I asked where our food might be and our waitress said it was«coming soon.» 40 minutes from departure, I looked around to try and find our waitress and she was nowhere to be found. I asked three other waitresses where our food was and they all told me to go talk to my waitress but they had no idea who it was. 35 minutes from departure, I told them I was leaving and somehow, «magically», our food appeared in a to-go bag. I paid and was on my way. When I looked in the to-go bag, the«side dressing» was not there and we were missing our side of fries. None of them cared about providing any semblance of service or recognizing that we actually had a flight to catch. Just say no to this place.

This place has to have the worst service I have ever experienced. And I travel for a living — so that should say something. Been here quite a few times in the past. Never stellar, but I try to be an understanding guy. Last time was pretty abysmal, but I didn’t comment. Like I say — understanding. Guy could have been having an off day. Today though, didn’t make it past the door. Walked up to podium, told the lady I was party of one. She gives me the doe in the headlights look. The other guy at station tells me he will have to go check to see if he has a «spot» for me. I can see into the place. There are«spots» all over. One in particular I’m eyeing at the bar, where a woman has just walked right past all of us, right up to empty stool to sit and order a beer. It gets delivered while I’m still waiting for a «spot». Then a guy walks up behind me, brushes past me to tell same lady I approached first that he needs a seat. Without missing a beat, she picks up and menu and tells him to «follow her». That is when I decided BWW evidently does not need my money — at any location at any other time in the future.

Buffalo Wild Wings is typically consistent with the food. I go for lemon pepper and Asian Zing wings and the opportunity to binge view multiple sport related items on numerous televisions. You can do that here like any other location. What I’m reviewing is the service. They are great. Extremely friendly and pleasant. From the hostess to the waitress, superb. I would just say it’s a southern thing, but unfortunately pleasant service is not always the norm. However, the staff here is great.

Airport personnel are generally pricks — and who can blame them, their jobs suck! Also, I dont really care for buffalo wild wings, but it was one of the options for dinner at an airport and wings sounded good! Sopee at the bar was a refreshing nice personality after dealing w stupid fronteir airlines people. She was genuinely happy to be there, and she was a great bartender! My flight for delayed, and she made me laugh instead of be pissed! I think I’ll go see her anytime I’m in this airport from now on! Great hire b dubs! Great employees lead to customers wanting to come back!

Traveling in uniform for military training and decided to do dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. An anonymous person asked a waitress if they could treat me to a beer, I declined alcohol in uniform and they asked about an appetizer. I felt it would be rude to decline. I am humbly enjoying the soft pretzel appetizer. I know if I fail to review the food Unilocal will move my post so let me state that service is polite and attentive. The pretzel appetizer delicious. And I have no doubt my naked tenders with honey BBQ will be exquisite after traveling throughout today. Good review complete let me just thank those of you who take time to thank service members for their sacrifice. It means the world even if it’s a heartfelt thank you and handshake. Politics aside we only perform our duty. Thank you for your kindness dear stranger.

I don’t give one star reviews unless I get sick. But this is the worst service I have ever had. It starts Ted when I had to walk across a wet tile floor that smelled of old beer. It took 10 minutes for the server to arrive and all she did was drop off a napkin and say she would be right back. 5 minutes later and another person noticed that I had not been helped. He took my drink order and walked off. My server came by a minute later and said that she heard I had ordered a drink. Then she room my food order. I think my order of 5 wings took ~30 minutes to deliver. They could see I was not happy and they did apologize and they took 30% off of the bill. They tried but I will NEVER be back. The restaurant was half full at 7PM. It’s not like it was busy. Read the other reviews and stay away. ATL is not the place to go to this brand of restaurant.

Chain restaurants are hard to avoid, especially when traveling, so I popped into the BWW at the Atlanta airport this week waiting for my flight back to CHS. A large group headed up in front of me and the place was packed as it was dinner time for East Coasters. Most importantly the Cardinals baseball game was on so I’m sure that’s why so many people were there! ;) A couple of hostesses helped get everyone in and seated in a timely manner. The menu is gigantic so can be overwhelming but I came across the flatbread pizza options and that was right up my alley! Buffalo chicken flatbread please! All the luxuries of their tender chicken and sauces, covered in cheese on a thin crispy flatbread. YUMMY. It was great. Glad I stopped in, and will definitely make a point to stop into BWW again to try some of the other flatbread options.

Decent airport food if you are in the mood for something spicy or crispy or both. Had their Shrimp Tacos, very tasty. Also had the fried cheese curds. They were salty but yummy. Fast and friendly service. Was in and out in time to catch the next flight.

Unfriendly and rude… Furthermore they don’t do the wings Tuesday or anything like that even though their homepage says so

If the food wasn’t hot and fresh and cooked well this review would have been 1 star. It took about 25⁄30 minutes for the food to come. Good thing we had time before our flight. Salad came with the wrong dressing. Wings came with ranch instead of blue cheese like requested. Wings came without carrots and celery as requested. Go elsewhere.

It was pretty average. The workers are awesome though, lots of fun and interact a lot. Music too loud. Lots of outlets, good for an airport scene. TV’s are good and all on. Lots of sports.

Always my favorite while in concourse D. Shaun is a trip at the bar and keeps it fun. Decent draft selection and the have Modelo in bottles.

Sometimes I just need to get out of the sky clubs and grab something more substantial. I happened to be in the D terminal and saw the BWW up the escalator so I went for it. There was a decent crowd in the restaurant and bar, but no wait. I was sat fairly quickly then waited for a server. After my server arrived I placed my drink and meal order. When my drink arrived I was informed I had a new server no big deal. Then it was a little bit of a wait for my order. I don’t remember exactly the name of what I ordered, but it was fried chips with BBQ, cheese, and pork. The portion was huge but the food itself was so so. I mean I don’t really have huge expectations for a bar food chain but it was sub par for sure. It was nice to get out of the crowd and get comfy though.

Perfect place to cure a wing craving in an airport. Great place to unwind with a beer on the way to your next destination. The Asian Zing flavored wings are always my choice.

If you’re flying out of the D Terminal at the Atlanta Airport, then this is the place to grab some food and kill some time. Located on the upper level of the terminal is where you’ll find this airport hideaway also known as Buffalo Wild Wings. For an airport location, this place is huge. There are tons of bar seats, small tables, and a large seating area in the back. To top it off, there are a plethora of outlets for your to charge your precious devices while you eat and catch the game. The bathrooms here are also pretty clean, as they’re pretty much dedicated to BWW. Food-wise, it’s exactly what you’d expect from any other Buffalo Wild Wings. The service here is decent, but I wouldn’t make the trip here if you have less than an hour to burn. Otherwise, sit down, grab a drink, charge your phone, and enjoy the game.

SERVICE: One Star. I sat here for 10 minutes before the bartender even came over to ask what I wanted. I ordered a beer and watched as she served everyone else at the bar. I had to ask for my beer again. All told it took over 20 minutes just to get served. Kitty has a case of the ADD or maybe she just doesn’t have a good memory. It was a Saturday morning with no sports and a fairly light crowd. There were plenty of empty seats. The guy next to me had to ask for water three times before he got it. FACILITY: Four Stars. This is a very nice, new and smoke free bar on Concourse D at ATL. It has a private bathroom and like all BWW, there are TVs everywhere. Other than the terrible service, the actual bar is a nice addition to Hartsfield airport.
