Fair Dollar Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

I called for basement sump pump repair,
He said I will check give you estimate and came to my house and said $ 50 service fees which he did not told me on the phone.
he did not get the tools and he is lazy to get the tools from the truck parked on the street and asked me to borrow the tools from me and he did not put glouse on and he does not know how to open the sump pump plate initially. With out ask my permission he went upstairs to wash hands even thought there is bath room in basement, I did not like it. He did not do any repair and he charged.
I did not like it and I do not it recommend for anyone.

While looking for a plumber I found this company and can see that the owner is posting hateful reviews against customers who end up not recommending his company. These reviews can be found on other review sites, in fact he recently had his posts removed due to my report. The owner was also bumping his ratings by posting as fake users (using terribly obvious name plays). This owner is clearly showing he does not have the business experience to read the term and conditions of sites he chooses to interact with and will most likely behave in a similar matter when dealing with customers. By attacking customers online, my observation is that the owner clearly has no interest in customer service.
I also found that he was posting private customer location information when he was ranting about a bad review. Good thing his posts got taken down. This is a breach of privacy at the highest level and for this reason and those above, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Called ‘Tully’ out to source a drain blockage. He used MY OWN tools to source the blockage, damaging the pipe in the process, and recommended I fix it myself. He proceeded to sit in my home chat about his past lifestyle of drug use. When he finally started to leave he charged $ 200 for 15 minutes of work. I would NOT recommend.

Tully came twice and replaced two leaking hose bib valves in my utility room. Both times he provided same day service, showed up on time, was professional, charged a reasonable rate, and did a great job. Both times he noticed other minor issues in my utility room and went above and beyond to fix them — he secured a pipe that flopping loosely to a stud and he also tightening up a loose metal brace. He also gave me very helpful maintenance advice.

Tully is a good man and a great plumber. He does great work at a great price. He fixed a clogged pipe for me. I’m very happy with the work he did and the price he charged.
