I have never felt more comfortable dropping my car off somewhere. Im very leary of mechanics due to things happening in the past but these guys are awesome! They will go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care!

They under promised and over delivered, and got inspection done when the appointment was set.

I had a full transmission (all wheel drive) replaced — so my first experience at Christian Brothers was EXPENSIVE! However, Kevin communicated with me very well, and explained my options in a way that I could easily understand. He worked very hard and tried to see if they could get it going again without replacing the entire transmission. That didn’t turn out to be the case, but I felt like he really did try. And even though it was a lot of money, I checked with a family friend who is a mechanic at a Chevy dealership (I have a 2009 Traverse), and he said the cost quoted to me was very reasonable, and that this was a big issue with the ’09 Traverse. GM of course does nothing for owners of this model if the extended warranty has run out (mine ran out five months before this happened).
I subsequently had them do extensive work on my son’s older Nissan Sentra (2002), and they did a great job with that as well. Power steering, exhaust system, there was a lot wrong, and we haven’t had any trouble since then. I might be one of their best customers this year! :-)

I want to give a huge shout out to Gary, Kurt, and Kevin at Christian Brother’s Automotive Service. They are the most honest and caring automotive shop I’ve ever gone to. They treat you with respect and dignity. They completely go totally beyond the call of duty.

Tremendous customer service!!! I had brand new shocks put on by another automotive place in town but they rattled badly. I took my car to Christian Brothers Automotive and they quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me diagrams of what was causing the problem, and fixed the problem… for free! They even dropped me off at home while they did the repair and picked me up when it was ready. Christian Brothers Automotive went above-​and-​beyond. They have earned all of my future business. Thanks Gary, Tim, and everyone else who helped me out today!

I started using Christian Brothers shortly after they opened their Arnold location a little over a year ago and I have not once regretted it.
First, the staff is highly professional. I am always greeted by at least one if not two staff members in the office when I come in. They treat me like a regular but are never too presumptuous. Their computers keep detailed records of your service work and they are able to call up previous quotes issued, etc in just a few seconds. They always offer to give you a ride somewhere or allow you to wait in their well-​appointed waiting room. They offer a soda or water or coffee and treat you like you’re an important part of their day and not just a hassle waiting around. They also give you updates regularly if your service is taking longer than anticipated or requires more work than initially thought.
The service work itself is great. You know how sometimes you take your car in for repairs, and only a week or a few days later you’re noticing one or two more things wrong? That has NEVER happened to me here. These gentlemen fix your vehicle with no funny business. They always give a full report on the state of your vehicle– everytime I’ve taken my truck in they give it a full shakedown and let me know about upcoming issues or issues that I wouldn’t have noticed as a layman (like my exhaust hose leaking!). These guys always under promise and over deliver. I’ve never been bilked for «extra hours» or had to wait for a part to be delivered for several hours.
My most recent work with CB was an exhaust problem that would have resulted in a failed inspection if I had let it linger. I’d taken the truck in to fix a minor rattle– which they fixed for all of $ 12!- and they went the extra mile and gave me a quick inspection and noticed the issue.
This was probably the third or fourth time I’ve used them, for anything from routine oil changes to several hundred dollars of work, and it will NOT be the last!

VERY impressive. The waiting room could pass for a lawyers office. This place is spotless. And they have a female mechanic who really knows her stuff. I highly recommend this business to anyone
