These people are very nice, even over the phone! i have called frequently and each time they were beyond polite, they really do enjoy their jobs. Next, I would like to compliment the Dr. I went in for a very life threatening, eye/periorbital skin infection, after being treated incorrectly by an NP at a local drug store urgent care center, this Dr Culci(sp?) gave me an exam second to none and prescribed the right meds and I am healed in a little less than 2 weeks for 30.00 for the initial visit only, no cost for the 2 follow up visits I had with her. If you ever have an issue with your eye or the skin around it, see this Dr. instead of your pcp or emergency room. She is extremely intelligent in matters of the eye and is very honest and forthcoming in giving you information about your illness.

I was very happy with the service I received from them. It started when I called on Saturday to say I could not make my 11:00 appointment & asked for a later one. They said they were fully booked but found a cancellation for me for 3:00 that same day. I was given a routine eye exam immediately after sitting down. When I started looking at the frames I told the sales associate that I did not have any extra money & would not be interested in any add ons. She was very polite and gave me honest suggestions. I got 2 pair of glasses for $ 75.00 and change. I was not pressured at all. They had a huge selection & the staff were very nice. I will definetley go back again!

We’ve been America’s Best customers for many years in two different states. The Arnold location is the best we’ve been to. Quick service, never crowded, convenient location. They are in the business of making money, so expect an attempt of adding«extras» to your glasses(scratch resistant coating etc…). No high pressure sales at all though. Also, the«Two Pair» deal they advertise is for single vision lenses with no extras. My 12 year old got contacts for the first time recently and the lady who helped her was VERY patient with her. The«class» requirement for first time contact wearers is a bit of a joke, though. Not very informative. To save time, you can make your appointment online.
