Since my favorite place, Sport Cuts was closed(6PM on a Wednesday evening?), I decided to bite the bullet and visit this location to get a much needed cut before my military annual training. For a $ 15 haircut, I expected great things from this establishment. What I received, was a unsubstantial cut from a lady who did not understand good customer service. So, I walk into the place and the store was dead. I mean dead. So dead, that there were no stylists around. I assumed that maybe a zombie apocalypse happened and the zombies came and took the stylists first. There was only one girl in the store and she walked to the register with the most grumpiest look on her face, like she was not wanting to serve me at all. She did try to give me a good cut, and I showed her a photo from Facebook with a haircut that I wanted to try out and she gave good recommendations on what I should do in the future cuts. But, she left stray longer hairs around my earlobes and she didn’t offer to shampoo me after the cut, so I still had little pieces of hair on my head after everything was said and done. Even I had to make a few jokes to make her smile a bit, because she was reminding me of Grumpy from Disney’s Snow White. I, unfortunately was very unimpressed with the service and I don’t think the cut was worth $ 9 I usually pay at Sports Cuts and I paid $ 15.
