Good food– jalapeño burger and chocolate shake is my winning combo. Disappointing to wait 20 min in the drive through at lunch… I went around 1:30. I would recommend dining inside and skipping the drive thru!

NEVERAGAIN. Went there this Am around 530. Ordered usual, waited 20 minutes. Went to counter to ask about order, cashier acted like she had no clue as to order. I gave up and left because whole incident was going to make me late for work. Whataburger, you can keep my eight dollars, but I will never frequent your business again. Any location. And will spread work to whoever will listen. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Family was visiting and they have never had whataburger. What a bad experience for them. The establishment gave away our order apparently to another customer, then they said they lost our order, twice while we were waiting… dining in by the way. Then a worker came over to our table to take our order again. Then we waited. A part of our party had ordered on their own and had already received their food. The manager then came over and handed us a bag of food. Not our order. I gave her my receipt and she took it so she could make our order. She said shes sorry they gave our first order to the wrong person and then lost the 2nd one. After the other members in our party finished their food, I went up to cancel and get my money back. The manager shook her head at me and told me no, the foods almost done. I told them forget it and order, everyone else was already done eating. They handed me the bag and said sorry but the foods already done. I had my kids and my whole family visiting, at that point i took the food and left. How ridiculous, no compensation or a refund when asked for. I definitely want a response from the company on what they are going to do.

They got our drive thru order correct even though we had to wait a while. And they were pretty busy. They didn’t put any onions or pickles just like I ordered.

Slowest Whataburger ever. I come here because it is the only one in the area but man they have no clue. Typical 15 – 20 minute drive through.

I’m a WhataFan but the WhataGods must not like me. Got the saddest excuse for a patty with Ye Older Number 1. See photo…

Every time I try another burger place, I always compare it to Whataburger. Double with cheese, loaded cannot be beat. Spicy ketchup on some fries, priceless! Stay hungry my friends,

Being a raised a local here and visiting family makes this stop a must. Unfortunately I was disappointed overall. The taste was about the same as any W, but the presentation was pretty bad. It looked like they threw out burgers together, smashed them down and then dumped a metric ton of salt on the fries. Whataburger, you are better that this. Fix yo’self before you wreck yo’self!!!

I would love to give this Whataburger 5 stars. The only reason I’m not is because they got my order wrong. You might ask, «Why are you even giving them 4 stars if that happened!?!» The answer would be in how they treated me after I pointed out the mistake. I had been in the drive thru and they were extremely busy. That doesn’t bother me. I love Whataburger and I know they are fresh. I want fresh, I’ll wait. The guy that took my payment was friendly. The girl that handed me my order was pleasant. I always check my burger since I’m pretty picky. It wasn’t how I’d ordered it. Perhaps they misunderstood me on the headset. That doesn’t bother me. I’m pretty chill. I walked the burger back in the store and the manager on duty couldn’t stop apologizing. Very sweet woman. Even offered me pies. I sat patiently waiting on my burger. The manager walked around the restaurant asking customers if they needed refills or condiments. Some of the cooks were singing. They seemed to be enjoying their job instead of just having to be there. When my burger was done, the crew member that bagged it asked if I’d had fries and I said yes, that I had left them in the car while I waited. She said I’ll get you some fresh fries and as I left the manager was telling me to «have a great day and be safe out there!» Really great people.

Decent spot since it was late at night and we were road tripping hungry! A nice young man held the door for me and called me Miss which I’m not used to being from the north and I grabbed a cheeseburger combo and back on the road we were. It wasn’t something I crave since but, it was edible in the moment and something new I’ve never had so I’m good with that. It was a pleasant experience!

I’ve lived in Texas for almost 40 years and have has more than my share of whataburgers. As far as whataburgers go this one is gross. The food is always cold, poorly cooked and partially assembled. Even the buns taste like crap. If you want a good whataburger you have to go down to the one on Collins and i20. The difference is night and day, that is what whataburger is all about.

The staff here is awesome, and very down-to-earth. I love this particular Whataburger. It stands out above the rest.

I’m from Texas, which means you gotta love Whataburger. I visit the location on Little Road 2 – 3 times a month. Whatabuger all the way, no cheese, Medium Fries and Iced Tea — Puts you right at 1000 calories. Not too bad considering the size of the meal… Sometimes I’ll go with 2 Whataburger Jr’s, no fry’s and tea. Here’s what I like: meat is hot, veggies are cold when you get it. They have spicy ketchup, Iced Tea is fresh and they have both tea and sweet tea. Mustard! It’s what God intended to have on a hamburger. No Mayo, thousand island, Russian dressing as a mystery sauce… mustard. What I don’t like — Parking, entry, exit… parking lot is small, exit only to southbound Little Rd. or navigate all around the larger parking lot to get where you need to go. It would be great to see a few Whataburgers open in in SoCal to see how they compete in the local markets with Fatburger and In-n-Out’s.

Very good bob. That is a breakfast on a bun. It was one of the best I ever had.
