Burger Street

I have always liked the food here and that was not the problem. I paid over $ 13 for my order in the drive thru. I received my food and drinks and drove off as I always do. But this time I decided to check my order before leaving the parking lot because I would not have time to drive all the way back to the place. When I looked it was totally wrong and looked awful. The lady repeated the order to me at the end after I repeated it about three times. But yet the order was wrong when I got it. So I took it in and another lady told me that the one who took my order was probably rushing when taking my order and didn’t put it in right and I had to tell what I wanted again. I have never been cut off so many times in my life. She was writing my order down and writing it wrong from cutting me off when I was trying to tell her what I wanted.
My point is the service was a disappointment and I used to go here almost twice every week but there customer service was awful. Not sure if I want to go here again. I believe I will start going to the one off of Cooper in Arlington.

This place just makes real good burgers. They taste great, have an appealing texture, perfect size, etc. We’ve had their fries and cheddar poppers too but not much else the 4 times we’ve eaten here. Maybe we should expand our selections — or not heheh.

I pulled into a drive thru yesterday with one car at the window and one ordering in front of me, took two minutes for them to take my order and 10mins to get me my food. 12mins in a drive thru, really? if I had time to sit and wait I would have went to a nicer sit down establishment. I was in a hurry and IMO this is terrible service.
The food was ok but also I have an issue paying nearly 11 $ for a bacon cheeseburger and curly fries combo meal, I eat for the same price at higher end burger joints like twisted root and 5 guys… it wouldn’t have been as big of a deal had it not been a12miniute wait in the drive thru. Ill never go back.

Fast food chain burger. apple pie was ok but the 3 stars is for the frozen lemonade. I’ll go back for the apple pie amd lemonade

The burgers here are so greasy and honestly just not appetizing at all.
Personally I’m not really into fast food so maybe it’s just me but I will definitely not be coming here again.

This location of Burger Street is one of the most under rated burger place in the area. People just do not realize what a gem this place is.
Their food is some of the best and freshest that you will find anywhere. They have a sign that says «There is no such thing as warm food». Every time we have eaten there, the food has been HOT, and I mean let it sit for a while or you will be burned hot.

The burgers are ALWAYS hot and juicy, the curly fries and tots are fresh and hot. They use leaf lettuce other than just the normal iceberg and purple onions which really make the burger great.
Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

There are too many burger places to name that we’ve tried, and before this time going I had only tried it once. This experience was better than the first.
Pretty standard menu, I got the Bacon Bacon Cheeseburger and I’m not usually one that HAS to get bacon on her burger, but I decided why not and I was pleasantly surprised I did. I eat my back usually crispy which a lot of people I don’t think like it that crispy and that’s how it was on the burger, 2 thumbs up!
Oh and another pet peeve don’t you just hate when a sandwich is so hot it welts the lettuce and it’s all slimy? I DO… and they had lettuce that was cut small so it was good to have.
Will come back again when were looking for a good hearty burger and can’t go wrong w/​curly fries and even add cheese to them!

The burgers are fresh and tasty. The fries and tator tots are good.
Now this is a chain and not gourmet but I think it a step above the other chains around Green Oaks and Little.
The drive through can be a bit slow since they make the food when you order it. So maybe it is semi-​fast food. I have waited 10 minutes but the burger and fries were really hot.
If I want a fast food burger I will come here.

Great hot and juicy burgers… a must try place!!!

Good fresh hot burger. Never pre-​made even buns are warm. This place is a drive thru mainly but they have small sitting areas. The curly fries are great.
