Very friendly and helpful staff. Went out of their way to accommodate me, then when I stayed just kept impressing me more and more! Nice rooms, great bed and bedding. I like microtels because of the drawers, daybed, and wardrobe so I tend to try and grab them. Definitely one of my favorite ones! Will stay again next time I’m around!

The room indeed was extremely small. However I give this hotel 4 stars because the customer service was excellent!!! The staff were friendly and attentive whenever we had a request. I had no problems!!! If they could only make the hotel rooms slightly bigger I’d be one happy camper!

Room was small, but clean. The bed was very uncomfortable, felt like i was sleeping on a slab of stone. Front desk staff wasn’t the greatest. Pet charge is $ 10.00 per night(we were there for 4 nights). Front desk clerk tried running my card but couldn’t figure it out. I offered to pay it in cash, which I did… but surprise, they also charged my card. One person behind the desk for checking people in, checking people out and answering the phone doesn’t work. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced room, it’s worth the stay. If you can afford to pay more, stay somewhere else. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Where do I start… First of all, we traveled from CA for my Parents 50th Anniversary… My wife booked and paid for our room on after researching hotels in the area… pictures for Microtel are not from this hotel. If they are, they are from 20 years ago. We get to our«room» and are disgusted. The elevator and hallway stink like mold and cigarettes. The room was TINY. Like one person size. There is no coffee maker but said there was! There is no smoke detector! Where we should have had one was just wires coming from the ceiling. The walls had the hooks for pictures but… no pictures… we started to wonder… What happened here? Was this once a crime scene? We discovered a dirty pillowcase on morning 2 so left it where the maid could see… came back to find she left the pillowcase, just put the pillow face down on the bed. Wife had words with front desk, demanded a call from a manager, wanted some sort of compensation… Nope, got the smoke detector replaced though after we told them we called the fire department! Bottom line, this place is filthy, they do not care about their guests and they have way too much competition within a 2 block radius. Do not waste your money here, unless you want to check out feeling like you need a shower!

It has micro in the name for a reason. $ 148.00 later the queen room we had was the size of my closet. No room to walk around or get privacy unless you went to the bathroom which was decent besides the hair in the tub. The box style tv was dated and the mirror right behind the bed was tacky unless you are into the«view». The employees were very nice and friendly but I could have knocked someone out with the bagel I ate at the continental breakfast. The only good thing about this place was the employees and the pillows. Otherwise we will not stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The first day we got there and checked in, we were put in a Pet Friendly room. We asked to be switched. There was animal hair all over the place and the white comforter on the bed was all nasty dirty. Got to our new room and it was clean. We were there for 3 nights and not once did a maid ever come to our room. We had to ask for fresh towels. The toilet ran all the time and never stopped and we told the front desk about that. The bed was horrible. The foot of the bed was a lot higher then the head of the bed and it was like sleeping in a bowl. You sunk in the middle. The air conditioner would run and run and then would automatically swith to heat. Will not stay here again. The Wi-Fi was horrible. I could actually connect to the Wi-Fi from the hotel across the street instead of the Microtel.
