We went for the lunch buffet today. We don’t complain about the variety for the price. We don’t even ask for a lot of toppings on the pizza. But at least they could’ve cooked the pizza well and kept them hot. The pizza that seemed to be coming from the kitchen was equally cold as the one in the buffet. They were greasy and cheesy. No seasoning in the pasta sauce. The pizza crust was saggy like it should’ve been cooked more. The brownie was crumbly and dry as if it has been baked days before !! Salad also seemed like the veggies were not fresh. The place was packed so I expected them to at least put out hot food. But I guess nobody’s complaining for the price they are paying. But I feel we can get a whole pizza for the price and a freshly baked one with lot of toppings. It didn’t seem worth it. Not coming back to this one !

I used to really enjoy going to this Cici’s because the service was always prompt and friendly. For some reason, the last few months this the service has really went downhill. They never have any pizzas ready. You usually have to wait. The ones that they do have out are the ones no body wants. I think they need to take a look at their average customer county per 30 min and start prepping more pizzas based on that. I’m not sure if they have changed management recently or what but it was definitely better several months ago.

I went there couple months ago with my kids, it was the worst service ever. they were good in the past but recently they went down no customer service no manager that would understand what’s the problem and the acting manager told me If I don’t like the Service I can go somewhere else and she did not even try to help us. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I called there 1800. Number and left so many messages I even emailed them no response. That right there tells you how they can about their customers.

The employees are nice and there’s a large selection of pizza’s to choose from. The only trouble is they are all very greasy, in fact it just lays on top of the pieces. Also, the pizza’s aren’t cooked very well. When you pick up a slice to eat it it just flops down. No crispy crust at all. If you’re looking for indigestion from a greasy meal, this is the place. Otherwise move on!

This is the best CiCi’s I’ve ever been to. I really like the dessert. I like all the pizza’s. When I first took a bite of a pizza begged my mom to come back

This is the best CiCis location I have ever been to, and I’ve been going to various ones for over 15 years, both when I was a kid and now with my own kids. The draw of all CiCi’s restaurants is that the price is very cheap — around $ 6 a person and kids under 4 eat free. This is by far the cheapest place for a family to eat, especially if they have very young children. We are a family of 5 and I don’t think I’ve ever paid more than $ 21 to eat here even with everyone getting pizza and drinks. In the past year the company has been improving the variety and quality of their pizza, so if you used to eat here but stopped because you thought it was bland, you should consider giving it a second chance now. This particular location does a great job of keeping the place clean, making sure workers are friendly and responsive, and of keeping hot pizzas rolling out continuously. The one complaint I have is that finding an available table is difficult during the typical lunch and dinner hours. I would recommend eating a late lunch or early dinner if you’re able(2:00PM to 4:30 seem to be their least crowded times).

You get what you pay for… $ 7 a person(no drink)… basically the concept is good but execution and expectations need to meet at the same level. It’s a buffet with families and kids everywhere so expect it to be dirty and chaotic. The pizza selection was okay but in the end everything tasted the same. Oh the carbs! And the cinnamon bun at the end was fab, but oh the carbs… soda was a reasonable $ 2 a person. Not a cheap date place.

Went here to try the new garlic crust. Honestly. It doesn’t taste different. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I like cicis and would have gave it 4 stars but I docked one off for 2 reasons. 1) my salad and pasta had a chemical after taste 2) I had a digital coupon and they almost didn’t accept it because I didn’t print it out. Understandable. But the lady was sorta rude telling me that. She said to print it out next time. I told her I’ll go to Walmart and buy a printer so that I can do so(sarcasm) She didn’t get it or she just ignored me lol. Probably won’t come back. I miss the nice staff at the Cary cicis

The food is good, salad bar always looks fresh(unlike other places with a salad bar). The place is kept clean, and the people who come by to pick up your plates are normally pretty quick. The only thing is that they don’t always do the best job keeping a variety of pizzas out. But overall, this is a good and cheap place to go.

If you’re in the mood for eating as much pizza as you can and ok salad CiCi’s in the place. Their food won’t win any awards but it’s a great place to feed a lot of people for a cheap price. My kids love it and the pizza isn’t bad. They also have desert type stuff and specialty pizza’s. The one thing I do like is if you don’t see a pizza your’e interested in you can usually ask the people working the kitchen for what you want and they’ll make it.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at a cici’s. I remember a more welcoming greeting. The cashier was distracted and gave me to much change back. Food was good, the pepperoni jalepeno and supreme were extremely greasy. No goodbye or thank you when we left. No real exciting reason to come back.

CiCi’s is the perfect place to go if you want a cheap, easy meal, without the hassle. It is cheap and extremely convenient. During lunch hours, for $ 3.99 and dinner hours for $ 5.49 you can get an all you can eat buffet of salads, soup, pasta, desserts and of course, pizza. For a small additional cost, it includes a drink. Now keep in mind though, you get what you pay for. The food here is by no means the best quality, but for the price you are paying it is really good. We take the kids I work with here on field trips because of the deal we get and they absolutely love it. They are literally in their version of heaven when they realize they can eat what they want and as much of it as they want to. We constantly have to cut kids off because they tend to over eat. If you are looking for a cheap family restaurant, this is definitely your winner. My personal favorite pizza here is the Buffalo Chicken. It is spicy and has great taste. I stay away from any of the pizzas made with the actual pizza sauce, as it is basically disgusting. They make a ham and cheese with no sauce that is decent as well. The desserts however are pretty phenomenal. They make cinnamon buns that I am sure are about 1,000 a piece, but when they come out warm they just melt in your mouth. The apple dessert pizza is unbelievably good as well. Basically, if you are looking for good food on a budget, head to CiCi’s. It may not be gourmet or the best thing you’ve ever tasted, but the food is good, the dessert is incredible and the convenience is awesome.
