I came to here to get my last haircut ever. I have decided that there is no point for a dying man to get a haircut again. They did an okay job. The experience was fine as I can’t complain to much about unevenness and long waits with so little time left. Try the highlights and shampoo deals!

First time at this salon.
Courtney took the time to understand the haircut I was looking for and that I have a sensitive scalp, etc. I showed her a printout of a hairstyle I wanted and she gave me a pretty close haircut.
The salon seemed busy and the stylists were few, so it looked like they were having too much on their hands. I didn’t get offered the hot towel treatment and there was quite a lot of leftover cut hair on my jacket and top shoulders, which was a bummer.
Otherwise, an awesome hair salon and good hair stylists who take time to understand the client’s requirements.

I have recently moved to the Apex area and found this gem of a salon, it meets my every need. I can get in and out which works best with my busy work schedule, I’m not one to set appointments for pampering experiences so I enjoy the option of popping in or calling ahead the day of. I have visited with each stylist and consistently receive a great cut, above average head massage with my shampoo and consistent hair color results. They keep records on file of my preferences and no matter who I have performing my service I get the same results. I hear that they receive updated training regularly so they are always recommending the latest styles. Its convenient and a friendly atmosphere! I recommend that all should give them a shot.

I have been going to a high end salon for years… my friend recommended Jessica who just transferred from the Cary Supercuts– first I took my 19 year daughter for a cut– she had been going to Aveda and is very picky– loved how Jessica cut her hair so then 2 weeks later I had her cut and put in high lights and lowlights– she did a better job than the senior stylist I had been going to. Just call for an appointment– fantastic– they use top of the line product…

They take good care of you and you get a High End Salon Style for way less.
That was when the girl I used to go to cut my hair. The last time I was there I got bumped and I waited for over an hour. The Mgr of the place gave me a look, you know if looks could kill, so I never went back. the girl that cut my hair does not work there now. I have to lower my original rating since my last visit.

What a surprise this place was for me. My first experience with a chain hair salon had me a tad apprehensive, but I was short on time and feeling adventurous. It’s only hair after all. It grows back. I was not disappointed. I left with a much shorter, much easier to manage style and a great new subtle, but big, change in color. My stylist («Zee») took the time to understand what I was looking for when I didn’t even know myself. It all worked.
Surprisingly, she was enthusiastic about the company in general and the opportunities she had. Originally from Africa, Zee talked about the company history and why she thought it was a great place to work. It’s rare in my workaday-​world to meet someone who genuinely sounds as though she appreciates the company she works for and likes the job. That enthusiasm carried over to her work.
I don’t know if all of this is common in a chain salon, but I have to say my experience here has given me a completely different perspective. It’s only hair, but it’s never going to be «only a chain salon» again.
