Under new management and there has been a complete turn around. Very professional, clean and updated. They accept walk-​ins but it’s best if you make an appointment– as they get busy very quick. Reasonable prices for a great job done everytime. You can actually carry a conversation with them (if you know what I mean lol) and its overall a great environment. I’ve tried many places in the Cary/​Apex area and they do by far the best job!

Horrible service. Nobody including the manager can speak decent English. Actually cancelled my pedicure halfway through and left. What a waste of time and money. Go to Red Polish Nail Bar instead.

First off this is my second time getting a pedicure here. Now that it’s under new management they offer outstanding customer service. I will come back after this experience for all my manicure and pedicure needs.

If I could give them no stars I would! I went in last week to get gel nails and the first tech did not know how to apply the gel. The owner admitted to it when she came over to fix it. Something that should have taken no more than 30 minutes took over 1.5 hours! This was with no wait which should have been my first clue. I went back to get the gel fixed because it started peeling off within two days! Because I had taken more than half off (did not to attend a meeting with half peeled nails) the owner argued with me. She argued about how I should have not done this even though I explained to her that I had an important meeting and could not go in with my nails looking they way they did. She continued to argue and tried to have the same tech from the first time to do my nails again. There is a reason why this place is always empty even on the weekends. Plus they use tools that they are not suppose (tools they pull out from the back if you catch my drift). On my first visit the tech used manicure tools on herself and then went to use those on me. I asked her to get new tools. Can’t image how many times a day they do this with other customers. They do an awful job then argue with their customers! I teach customer service skills for a living so please don’t sit here and tell me that I’m at fault for your poor service.

Kim did a great job on my pedicure and French manicure. She was very nice and took care to do a good job. The massages on my hands and feet were wonderful. I will go back. The place is clean and well managed.

I walked into the nail salon, the lady stated they were closed. I looked at her puzzled and stated your door is unlocked. She said I know but we closed I have to get to party. In the shop she working on ladies nails another lady is performing a pedicure. No problem I stated.
