This isn’t my typical dim sum spot but when I’m craving it on a weekday, it’s the closest to my work location. I realized the last time I was here that their service has definitely improved. significantly. Finally, an asian restaurant where customer service exists!!! Not only is everyone friendly, they speak english pretty well and check on you while you dine. A lot of other asian restaurants(99% of the ones in Little Saigon) you rarely experience that. In fact, you pretty much have to wave them down or shout to get the staff’s attention. Their food is good and inexpensive, plus you’re getting the customer service aspect too. Not a bad deal if you ask me! I would much rather drive a little further on the weekends now when I crave dim sum and come here than go to the crazy busy, no customer service places on Bolsa Avenue!

I got spoiled bbq pork and they said it is the way they cooked it. Very disappointed. Their dim sum have different prices, so be careful when you order them.

Thanks for getting my entire order wrong for takeout. My sister picked it up so she did not know what she was picking up. Whatever they gave me instead of what I asked for tasted terrible. On another note their dim sum is good.

Where to go on Christmas Eve… we decided to make Ten Ten this year’s choice for our family get together. Arriving around 630, the place was quite crowded with most being larger groups. There were a number of pre-selected series of items to select from for larger groups or you could order ala carte of the menu. We chose the latter. selecting walnut shrimp, salt and pepper squid, sweet n sour sizzling beef, a noodle dish, snow peas w chestnuts, and vietnamese clams. The dishes were all pretty flavorful, but the service was very slow(a least for this night). They did provide a free dessert of a warm bean«custard» at the end. which was a good finish to the meal. Overall, not a bad option when looking for Chinese food.

So I personally knew the old owners of this place, wanda and her family. Shumai wasnt allowed for take out for some reason but they always did a special order for me an my family. When the owners switched i was scared i would never have shunai again! But anything off the imperial dim sum menu is available for take out until 3pm, thank god! I came here the other day and it i was feeling kind of adventurous, i ordered the chicken feet in black bean sauce. I was so skeptical on taking my first bite but it was actually extremely good! I also ordered the shumai of course and it seems the recipe has changed along with he owners but its still incredibly good. I would also recommend the honey walnut shrimp, it will be the creamiest most delightful thing you put in your mouth. I will definitely do my part to keep this place in business. DIMSUMFTW!

Servers still pushed carts, very low prices but still higher than those dim sum restaurants in San Gabriel valley. Never enough servers and no system when customers kept coming in. I’ll visit them during week day lunch time if I can remember in the future.

My family and I have been coming here for YEARS. It’s a good place to get dim sum and dine in during the week when they have lunch specials. So why the three stars? Well, service is definitely a hit and miss — sometimes you get nice servers and sometimes you get some rude ones who don’t even speak english. In other words — you won’t know what you’re going to get when you go. Plus in the past few years, I feel like the quality of the food has gone down a bit and the restaurant has begun to look a little run down. It’s been around for a long time and they haven’t upgraded the inside for a long time it seems like. In other words, if it’s your first time here, you’re definitely going to think it’s on the lower end of the fancy scale lol. Parking is atrocious here! They share a lot with lots of other stores and restaurants and it’s always busy. You will get parking but it may take you awhile or you may have to parking kinda far. In general, if I’ve got the time, I’d rather drive to the Cerritos one which is a little bigger, a little fancier, and I think the food quality is a little better.

Came here last Saturday for Dim Sum in the morning. There was no wait so we got seated right away. The service was good, they push carts around serving food. There were not that many people in the restaurant so they were very attentive. Everything was just standard, nothing to spectacular or out of the ordinary.

We had a favorite dim sum place that was a family favorite and it closed. We have been on the hunt for a replacement for some time. We also traveled to Rowland Heights for Hong Kong Palace but we were looking for a place closer to Fullerton. We went on Sunday and we were there shortly after they opened and we were seated right away. By 11:00AM on. Sunday they were full. We ordered a wide variety of dumplings — all very good. Sui Mai and Har Gow were well done. Baked pork buns were very tasty. Sticky rice was well done. Service was very attentive. Prices were fair. We will go back again and were pleased to find a place local.

I’ve been coming to this place since forever and it’s just amazing. They have many great dishes but I can’t tell you how much I freaking love their fried rice like it’s the only fried rice I like. I also come here for dim sum and while it looks super crowed the wait isn’t long. The staff is really nice and friendly. The only problem I have is that I end up paying a lot but that’s just cause I don’t watch what I’m spending.

Went there during the lunch time on Sat. There was no wait which told me the place is going down. My mom n I came here for dim sum. Honestly I love the no wait but seriously… there were still many empty table. The servers pushed the carts around and I could feel how much they wanted us to have more food. Therefore, they kept pushing. I usually had the same things, chicken feet, beef belly, pork short ribs, shrimp tofu rolls, daikon cakes, and shrimp spring roll(dimsum style) Daikon cakes were so tough and hard to chew. They are supposedly soft. Very disappointed. Then the shrimp paper spring roll is way too soggy and shrimps are so small. We were very disappointed. Rest dishes were warm at least. The server came with the fried squid which is pretty good. No complain on that. By the way, chopsticks were sticky we had to ask for new pairs. Not sure we will come back again. It’s sad to see this happen after all my family had been here often.

Went here for dim sum. Got the 2 course peking duck. It was great. You have to order the full duck to get the first course with the skin and bun sandwiches and second course lettuce wraps. It is $ 35. We are a bunch of fat piggies so we went on to order dim sum, including, but not limited to, the fat noodles, shumai, sticky rice, and tripe. We fed 5 adults for about $ 75. Not bad!

Ive been very exposed to the chinese food in the area. All my life eating chinese food, this is where people would go for some ocassion or for big groups if they ever want chinese food. Its not american washed but its definitely more oriental and culturally affiliated. U can never go wrong with big portions. However nothing has AMAZED me about the place. Its like… The same old — same old. Its not bad food. Its good, but it got some getting used to. I think the large portions make it stand out. My sister is very unsatisfied with this restaurant because she apparently found an INSECT or saw some creature or whatever somewhere in her food or something. Idk im not clear. Dont take my word for it. But good portions and friendly managers. I give them that. Dont take this place down. Its a demand to all the asian families, especially the chinese and Filipinos. And before u say anything, no this is not a biased review. Complete honest. Ive been eating here all my life.

The first food I ate after landing in California. I forgot it was a Saturday so it was extremely busy. It was a group of three and we were seated by the window in the back. Right away the carts were all navigating toward us and we started picking off plates of dim-sum that interested us. I was content with about five different ones, but my friend and her mom were still picking. Our entire table was covered with dim-sum that the table couldn’t be seen. At least 15 — 20 plates were on it. Best dim-sum ever! I enjoyed it far more than the ones in Dallas and they really disappointed me. I so want to go back to this place!

If you’re Cantonese, you know what you’re going to get the moment you step into this place. Food: My ravenous family is always looking for mediocre Cantonese restaurants. Tradition, you know. Well, looks like we found yet another one for the list. We ordered a plethora of dishes including the garlic noodles, spinach, sweet and sour pork, and clay pot with wood ear mushroom( ). Everything was forgettable and the only memorable one left a bad taste in my mouth. The garlic noodles had this weird aftertaste that was distinctly not garlic flavored. At least they give you mango tapioca for desert( ). It’s surprisingly enjoyable. Atmosphere: Your typical Chinese restaurant setup, but without the glorious lazy susan. Seriously, you expect me to reach across the table? Unbelievable. Service: Again, you know what you’re going to get even before you walk through the door. Synopsis: I guess if you really, really need some Chinese food and are ok with getting dishes that don’t taste as expected, this place is decent.

I came here with my dad the other day, and it’s just not as good as the one in Artesia. The dimsum is average at best(and I’m being very generous), and I think they run on cruise control on the weekdays. The shumai didn’t look appetizing, and was a bit more chewy. I wasn’t a fan of the shrimp hargow either. The interior is pretty old and dingy. Since the place wasn’t too packed, at least the service was quick and fast.
